We are a pet friendly home! Bring your K-9 companion out for a weekend getaway. We are located just down the road from the new Heritage Harbor River Run Dog Park! Additional fees apply.
With a queen size bed this cottage comfortably accommodates two people. Outside, you'll find a deck with table and seating enjoy the sunshine and fresh air of Starved Rock Country.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. Events, parties or gatherings in or around the home are forbidden. Tents are not allowed on property. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.
We love pets, however we have some limitations. Sunriver Carriage House has a one dog maximum with a 75lb maximum weight limit. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave fido unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking this rules.
Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Also, do not forget to enjoy all the nearby amenities of the Resort and town of Ottawa, activities including swimming, fire pits, kayaking, kite flying, trail hiking/walking, bike riding trails, craft beer and wine tasting, zip lining, sky diving, glass blowing, and much more, not to mention the fun you will have just strolling around the Harbor.
