The Villa delle bougainvillée situated on a 600 acre lot at Lido Fontanelle. The villa has a private driveway that leads to a shady park gazebo. It is framed by a splendid Mediterranean garden, among which, inter alia, a very tall palm tree, a magnolia tree, a ficus, lemon trees, hibiscus and rose bushes. A paved stone path leads you directly to the veranda of the house, which is overgrown with lush bougainvillea - hence the name. The large terrace is partly covered and partly sunny terrace. Garden furniture and an outdoor shower are naturally present. An external staircase leads you to another terrace upward, from where you can see some of the sea.
