The complex itself has a pool, hot tub and small fitness room (a unique feature for an Osoyoos rental property).

Your 918 sf villa is steps from lakefront. It has 2 bedrooms.: One with a queen bed (with ensuite bathroom, TV, large closet, 6 drawer dresser) and the second with two double beds (almost queen size with bathroom and closet). All towels, linen, soap, toilet paper, cleaning agents are included in Villa stay.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with amenities including utensils, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee, sugar. There are captains chairs at the counter as well as a kitchen table for seated dining. The Living room is furnished with 3-seater leather couch and two comfortable chairs. The living room Smart TV has basic cable and unlimited WiFi/internet with access to Netflix and many other apps.

Just outside your door, you have full access to a private pergola covered patio with a 6-seater patio table and use of the propane BBQ. To the left of the patio is the pool and hot tub. Lounger chairs and seats are available for your use. To your right is Osoyoos Lake where a very large dock is available only to Lakeshore Villa residents/ visitors. There are a variety of water floaties and toys in the Villa for your use as well as portable lounge chairs for use on the dock.
