Excellent!!
Excellent place with great lake overview. Better than we expected! When things go perfectly, it’s easy to say “great service”. When things don’t go as planned (out of anyone’s control), that’s when you really find out how it is. I will spare the details, but I’ll say that they will do whatever it takes to make sure your stay is a great one.

Great stay!
We are traveling with 12 family members and had never been to the Ozarks before. The communication was wonderful, the condo was wonderful with plenty of room, the pool was beautiful and the view beautiful. We went to Captain Bob's for a boat rental, about 20 miles away and had a great day. Visited the bridal caves which were wonderful as well as going to public beach 2, maybe 15 minutes away. It was a nice clean beach with restrooms. It was a great stay!

Ozark Getaway.
Beautiful location. Much further from the day/night life of Lake of the Ozarks than we had planned. Listing indicated two king beds, there was not, which was accounted for in our original planning. Listing also indicated a heated pool. May weather is unpredictable. A heated pool would have been lovely.

Family Birthday Celebration
Big, roomy place! Lots of fun boat watching from the big deck. Enjoyed breakfast and evenings out there. Plenty of spaces for all of us to spread out! We had a great time celebrating a 22nd birthday! Nice and quiet at night!

Wonderful Vacation Spot
Kevin was a great host! Made himself available for questions at any point and provided anything that was lacking. The space was great for a large group and worked well for little kids and adults alike. The mattresses were all a little worn out so there were a few sore backs in the morning, also the variety and size of baking sheets were limited (if you’re planning on cooking for a large group). Otherwise, everything was perfect! Great view, loved the location of the condo with respect to the lake view and pools. Would totally stay here again!

Family Getaway
The location of this condo was great. The water is calmer in this area. The condo was big enough to accommodate our family of 10 easily & comfortable. Great view overlooking the lake. It was great to have a boat slip to store our boat. The pools were a great bonus & clean. The management staff was very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay & will definitely be back!

Great property and close to all the courses that we played. Upon arrival no water and the breaker was off for the hot water heater. Did not get that in the communication for check in but needed to know to turn both on for our stay. Outside of that one hiccup great place.

Great getaway condo
We enjoyed a four night stay. Spent time on the water, Ha Ha Tonka, and pool side. We played putt putt and found a couple nice coffee shops. The condo is as advertised. Clean and nice location. Only drawback is uncomfortable beds and bedding. Also there is a list of “maintenance” items that could use attention.

Condo well laid out convenient for our needs. Could have been cleaner, nuch of the furniture was extremely worn. Sent a text to owner regarding a torn screen when we arrived and did not receive a response. Overall my family rated the stay a weak 3 on a 1 to 5 sacle

Great Location because we were on a golfing weekend, courses we played were less than a mile away!! Only bad thing all weekend was CODE given to us for gate to get into Property was wrong. Owners of Condo near us were kind enough to help us out. Would Definitely Stay Here Again!!!!!

Great Stay
This was a vacation to make up for an April vacation that was canceled. Our trip was fabulous! Over the last couple years my husband, kids and I have been taking summer vacations with our camper, this year we tried something different and loved it. Having the boat slip included was great, made it very convenient to rent a boat, we had a pontoon for 4 days of our stay. The only thing to consider is how far away from the action in Osage Beach by boat, we didn’t find it a problem but others might. It was convenient to Bridal Cave and Ha Ha Tonga. Loved this area and my husband and I have said we will be back!

Great getaway!
We needed a place for a short getaway and found this great condo with a great view, close proximity to one of the pools and enough space for 8 of us. Kitchen and great room were very spacious and we enjoyed having 3 bathrooms for each family so overall very nice. Would book again. Management was very responsive and own more than one unit so a great spot if you have a larger group than we did!

Cruise alternative
Great time spending a few days here with friends and family after our cruise was canceled place was very clean and neat had everything we needed the only thing I wish that we would’ve had there was a bigger skillet or griddle since we were feeding a large group.Experience was great!
