Welcome to our treehouse loft condo, the perfect place for adults and kids, we have KING beds in THREE of the bedrooms (all main floor), so you can have the space you are used to and not feel cramped! The loft is perfect for the kids with beds big enough to share (2 queen beds plus 1 queen futon) and games to play. We LOVE the kids upstairs having a great time while we close our door and enjoy our TV time. Vacation is better if we can have a little quiet time... right? Also our awesome dining table is the BEST for games of all kinds, and definitely for hanging out.

The BEACH, you can bring a floaty and WALK right into the lake... its FABULOUS! Do I need to mention that beaches are rare at the lake? If you need to stretch your legs, go hiking, there are some great trails in the state park, and at Ha Ha Tonka. Check out the Swinging Bridges too, it is fabulous for photography.

Enjoy seating for 12 between the dinning table & kitchen bar, also seating for 12 on the deck.

The living room has memory foam sofa sleeper, great views of the Lake, and 50 inch flat screen TV w/ Spectrum Cable. FREE WIFI for our guests, great reception throughout the condo.

Our 4 bedroom loft condo is located at mile marker 20.5 a quick drive into Osage Beach shopping, dining, or the hospital :-/.

You will be comfortable sleeping in the master bedroom on a king size bed, enjoy vaulted ceilings, sliding door that provide access to the deck, flat screen Cable Roku TV and an adjoining master bath with double sinks, large mirror, bath/shower combo.

Our 2nd Bedroom with king size bed and flat screen Cable Roku TV provides you with vaulted ceiling, high quality sheets, and ceiling fan.

The 3rd bedroom is furnished with king bed and flat screen Cable TV (roku), also has vaulted ceiling, high quality sheets, and ceiling fan.

The spiral staircase leads to our spacious loft bedroom. There are two queen beds, plus a queen sized futon, Flat screen Cable TV with Roku, ceiling fan and plenty of storage. We have games, puzzles, and coloring books, to enjoy.

Love to cook? Our kitchen is well stocked, in addition to the obvious, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. There is a toaster, blender, coffee maker, Crock pot, and griddle. Nice selection of dinnerware, glassware, utensils, corkscrew, etc. are also provided. NO OUTDOOR COOKING (local code: grills banned in 2024).

A full size washer/dryer in the unit for your use, laundry detergent provided.

The Ledges has (2) swimming pools, plus the sand beach swim area. One pool and the beach are located a short stroll away from our condo, and if you walk down the manicured waterfront path, you will find the second pool is overlooking the main channel with an outstanding view!

Your water craft can be launched at the PB2 marina located close to our complex. You can also rent various water craft from the local marinas, minutes away. Boat slip rental available at state park PB2 marina for a fee, availability is not guaranteed (please do your research!).

NO PARTIES, PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED. RENTERS MUST BE 25 YRS. OR OLDER.

This is our private (and only) vacation property, not a hotel, I don't provide items like shampoo and conditioner. Please read carefully what IS provided, so you know exactly what to bring, and feel free to ask questions if you don't find the answer.

Treehouse of fun!
Took my kids and friends and their parents for a last weekend getaway before senior year of HS started. We had a blast playing games and laughing. Plenty of space for kids upstairs in loft and also a large table for gathering and game playing downstairs. Plenty of room for all 9 of us. We had a wonderful time!

Awesome!
The condo was just as pictured on the listing. A big group of us stayed here for Memorial Day weekend to celebrate a birthday, it was very spacious and open. We had a good view of the lake. The condo was stocked with everything we would need as far as cooking stuff, bathroom towels, toilet paper, and bedding. We had a little hiccup trying to get into the condo but the host was very quick to respond. I would stay here again!!

Very nice,spacious property. Enjoyed seeing turtles ducks and geese in the mornings. Pool overlooked the lake. Great view but was very cold. There were a lot of wasps on deck throughout day and night. Toilet in loft seemed to run most of the time.

Perfect Getaway
My husband and I stayed with our three children and a few of their friends. This condo was the perfect size, with great amenities! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would ever need! It’s close to all the restaurants and shopping! We had the best time! Only thing I would change would be a grill to cookout with! Thanks again for having us!

Quick Ladies Getaway
I booked this for a quick lake weekend and to celebrate a member in my parties birthday. The condo was perfect. We had 10 adults and it was the perfect amount of space for us. It was nice having 3 bathrooms and lots of seating in the living room/kitchen. Everything was very clean. We plan on coming back! 10/10 recommend.

Great condo at a great location
The condo was at a great location. It fit the 8 of us perfectly. The cleaning of the condo before we checked in could have been a lot better. The bathroom upstairs had what looked like blood on the door trim. There was trash that wasn't picked up. When you pay a cleaning fee you have the expectation that the place will be cleaner. The beds need to be replaced.

Lake family trip
This stay was great for our family! We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers and 1 child. Plenty of room to sleep, get around. Private beach is a short walk down. Fishing, grilling, swimming, and allowed us to put our kayaks away! We had a blast!

Nice place
The condo had plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 teenagers. Owners provided everything needed as stated in their description of the property. It was clean. The pool on far end of complex was freezing and was a bit of a walk so the group went to pool at the front. Lots of little kids so our teenagers and young adults weren’t crazy about that. The only thing not working was the dishwasher. It was missing wheels on front right side so the tray rested on the spinning blades. Sounds like owner had just replaced the week before so must have fell off again with last tenants. I don’t mind doing dishes just didn’t want to on vacation and for our big group. Not sure if we would stay here again or not…I really like a nice 😊 pool area to relax.

Week with Grands at the Lake
We enjoyed our stay at the lake at this condo. I’d like to leave a few suggestions for the kitchen. Needed: Dish towels and dish rags Starter supply of foil and plastic wrap Pizza cutter More wash cloths Condo was ok in cleanliness, but bathroom rugs were dirty. Upstairs loft carpeting needed to be vacuumed.

Personally I didn’t care for spiral stairs. Had a 5 & 8 years old - no accidents - lucky us. Unit has lots of games to play which was good since it rained a few days.

Nice stay, great location
Condo was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Lots of space and comfortable beds for all of us to sleep in. The loft area worked perfectly for all the kids. We did have to wait 45 minutes after check in time to get in, as condo was not cleaned yet. The AC struggled to keep us comfortable the first couple days, but it was 100° those days.

We loved everything about this property. Pictures don't do the condo justice. It was perfect for 3 adults and 3 "kids" (ages 16, 17 and 20). The girls took the loft, which was a great space with a half bath. The kitchen is very well equipped, which we took advantage of. There were plenty of games (Battleship turned out to be the most popular). Little details (liquid hand soap in bathrooms and kitchen and lots of TP) mean a lot - often we need to provide these items ourselves. The large table was perfect for meals and working puzzles in the mornings. I loved the deck, and much of my "home" time was spent there reading and watching the boats and the water. Our favorite pool was the big pool, also watching the boats and the water. Absolute perfection. There was lots of wildlife - deer, turtles, geese and ducks, all with their young this time of year. Birdwatching is also great. The location was close to the things we wanted to do: Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Bridal Cave and Stark Cavern, mini golf. Lots of restaurants, frozen custard, and shopping options are also nearby. We would absolutely recommend this property!!

Great Condo
