Affordable Tan Tar A! ~ On The Golf Course ~ Updated! Hot tub!

Welcome to Moongate! This fall the house will be completely painted and all new flooring and window treatments installed! (Completed November 2021) Our home is updated and located on the 4th green of the golf course. Please come and enjoy our 2 bedroom, plus a sunroom with a queen bed, 2 bath home at the Lake of the Ozarks on the grounds of Margaritaville Tan Tar A Resort/Estates. The house sleeps 10. Golf, swimming pools (one is just a very short walk away), tennis, indoor water park, restaurants, just to name a few of the family things to do at Tan Tara A! Plus the new Land Shark bar has a swim up bar and a children's pool!

Our home is located on the 4th hole green of the golf course. Load up your cart and come and enjoy some great golfing or enjoy what the lake and the resort has to offer!

We take pride in having a clean home for families to enjoy! Furnished with all the linens, towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, plates, etc. Just load up the family and enjoy! Home has two bedrooms, each with two queen beds and a private bath overlooking the golf course. The sunroom also has a queen bed with a/c and heat.

This is not a party home, so if that is what you are seeking please move on.

Family vcay at Tan Tar A

Great place for the family vacay. Area was very peaceful and we had fun counting the roaming deer in the area. Family pools were available as well as the sliding pool at Tan Tar A. Marty is a great host and provided information for activities. The property was easy to get to and was accessable to many vendors. The rooms are very comfortable and if you wish to cook, the grill is great and the kitchen is well equipped. We plan to return in the future.

Really enjoyed the lake house, perfect area. Luv the hot tub, only thing didnā€™t like the patio was to crowded, to many chairs and we had to clean it before we could sit outside. The beds were horrible, if the beds was better everything would have great. But we still enjoyed the house.

The property was clean inside, beds were fairly comfortable, if you suffer with allergies I recommend you donā€™t sleep in the sunroom. Itā€™s a cute setup but feels like youā€™re outdoors. The hot tub was a nice addition. The neighborhood is very quiet.Easy to get to.

Great Place Close to the Golf Course

I had a wonderful stay here. It was very clean and close to several golf courses and places to eat. It was the perfect spot for our group to stay for our annual golf tournament. There was a ton of room, and the hot tub was a nice added touch.

We had a great time the house clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub wasnā€™t working but they were quick to come and try to fix it but couldnā€™t. They left us a bottle of wine for our inconvenience which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay again!!

Friends golf trip

This property was perfect for a long weekend of golf in osage beach. The property was clean and the location was great. We did not eat at the house but it appeared to have everything one would need if they wanted to. The hot tub was a nice bonus, especially after playing 36 holes of golf each day. I would highly recommend this house for families or a group of friends wanting to visit Lake of the Ozarks, and would 100% book here again.

Our trip was to be our Valentineā€™s gift to each other. Upon arrival we had to shovel about an inch of ice and snow off the entry sidewalk, as this had not been cleared for us. Entry was smooth and the inside was very clean. Later in the day we enjoyed the hot tub, although headrests were missing, only one jet operated and only one light was working. Impending snowstorm forced us to leave a day early. We were ghosted when we requested an adjustment of fees due to act of god early departure

Great getaway for our January Birthdays

My family and our 82 yr old grama stayed here and we didnā€™t have any problems w our gramas wheelchair getting into the home and through the rooms except the bathroom which wasnā€™t a problem for us bcuz grama can walk short distances at times . We all enjoyed the home w hot tub ! My husband , daughter and her family and my son and his friend stayed and there was enough room for everyone. And Margaritaville was just a short distance from us . The only thing we encountered that was disappointment was the tv in the bedroom didnā€™t work , the other bedroom had a dvd player ( no cable ) and the living room tv worked after we finally got the internet tv to work , but all and all this was a great place for our family .And Marty the host was great and communicated w us about any questions we had !

Extra room for Family gathering

The family decided to have Christmas in October instead of the dead of winter. Big family, we rented several houses in the area near a large house on the Lake. Great location for a large family gathering because of all the houses available to rent in the area. Marty's place was on the golf course and had a nice layout and a hot tub on the porch that we did get some use out of during our stay. Only a few minutes walk to the house at which we all gathered. Would definitely return next year if this becomes the new family tradition.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was great for our family of 6! It was clean and well stocked (the kitchen had everything we needed to have breakfast there every day).
