Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss...."

It's easily accessible to Rome and we often drove to Ribbibia Metro station which was an hours drive and then 20mins into the heart of Rome. Also an hour's drive to HydroMania water park. "Wir haben diese eine Woche sehr genossen. Wir hatten eine Hälfte des Hauses gemietet, aber das komplette Gelände für uns alleine, somit auch den Pool. Tatsächlich wird wohl entweder das komplette Haus vermietet oder nur eine Wohneinheit. So ist man immer ungestört und trifft nicht auf andere Gäste. Da wir nur zu viert waren, haben wir die kleinere Wohneinheit gewählt und hatten somit direkt eine Terrasse mit einem grandiosen Blick vor unserer Tür. "First European trip in a while. 6 of us. Lovely location very peaceful. Well appointed villa with tasteful decoration. Fantastic pool and views. The climate control in the villa is amazing and a very welcome break from the midday heat. We had 3 day trips into Rome for sightseeing and Gelato. We had a fantastic time. Paolo and Lucia kindly Brought us a Lasagne one evening. Sorry to have to leave."

"I loved the layout of the room, parking is plentiful. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and there were restaurants nearby. The morning breakfast had variety but could use more fresh fruit, berries, nuts. We also had a hard time finding the road for the hotel and if you miss the exit in the freeway it takes 28 min to get back! But that could’ve just been us. Overall I would recommend!"

"Lugar incrível, com uma paisagem linda . Anfitriões maravilhosos, Elisabeth e Fábio nos acolheram super bem . Entendem e falam português . As refeições são feitas em um castelo antigo ao lado , que também é hotel e restaurante, mas eu havia reservado na pousada pois no castelo não tinha mais vaga . Tudo muito especial, voltarei com certeza ! "
