Van Lee PH1 is a newly renovated three-bedroom and three-bath oceanfront condo in the heart of charming Ormond Beach, Florida. The condo sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master, a king bed in the second bedroom, and one full and one twin bed in the third bedroom. It’s the perfect space for a romantic getaway, a multi- couple’s vacation, or a fun family reunion. The penthouse level of the Van Lee offers breathtaking views of Ormond and the best sight-lines for experiencing the Atlantic Ocean's beauty, life, and movement. Local shops, grocery stores, farmers' and flea markets, boutiques, coffee shops, art galleries, and restaurants are a few miles away, some within walking distance. Many more adventures and opportunities are just beyond, including Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and Daytona International Speedway.

Enjoy the sights or relax in a cozy-modern and serene environment where the sandy beaches and ocean waves are framed in the large windows. Step outside onto your large penthouse balcony to breathe in the ocean air, watch the pelicans glide by at eye level, and experience the sounds of the ocean. Van Lee PH1 has been designed with cozy elegance and function in mind for the ease and comfort of our guests. We strive to provide all your needs and amenities to make your stay smooth and memorable. Superb Penthouse Condo on the Beach
Fantastic 3 bedroom condo with plenty of gathering space for meals and social times. Terrific view of the beach. A corner unit so we were able to see the early sunrise in the Atlantic and then watch the sunset over the Halifax River in the evening.

Amazing Beach Condo!!!
We had a really awesome stay this week!! The condo is beautiful! Very clean! Amazing views! The reservations throughout are extremely well done. They thought of everything! If you are checking in this Summer, just note they are currently down an elevator, so bring your patience at check in! We have been coming to the Daytona/Ormand area for the last 9-10 Summers and this is easily one of the nicer condos we have stayed in! You will not be disappointed!!!

Absolutely WONDERFUL 2 weeks
When you first walk into this absolutely gorgeous condo....you would think that you were the FIRST one to have ever stayed here! Everything is IMMACULATE!!! :) There wasn't a crumb or a piece of sand ANYWHERE! Which is really something considering you're at the BEACH! Peter was absolutely wonderful to text with from the beginning of the process to even if we needed anything! There was PLENTY of space, and everything was clean, well stocked and well thought out! Thank you Peter for a much needed vacation spot that really made you feel at home....away from home! :)

Absolutely breathtaking
This property was my absolute favorite place I have ever stayed at. I will for sure be revisiting. Peter was awesome and very helpful, easy to contact. The property is quiet and relaxing. Bed were comfortable and kitchen has just about everything we needed. Breathtaking views of the beach/ocean which was my favorite to wake up to and drink my coffee.

Lovely balcony facing the ocean and front seating for viewing the sunset and Halifax River, or to be out of the wind. 3 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, one master with a slider to the ocean view balcony! When thinking of visiting this part of Florida, I would not hesitate to stay here! Condos are well managed and cared for. Our host, Peter, could not have been better! Condo was well equipped and nice furnishings.

We had a great stay! The building is a bit older (as are most in this area) but the condo was renovated and very nice. Only 1/2 elevators were working while we were there but I assume that is just a temporary issue. We would stay here again!

The perfect family reunion
Our PH was amazing and luxurious. All of the kitchen appliances you need, comfortable beds and large open living area for us to play games, watch movies when we were not at the beach. The owner checking in on us to make sure we got in OK and to make sure we had everything we need. This was an absolutely perfect vacation.

Beautifully updated and stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your stay at the beach. Amazing kitchen, games and puzzles, beach chairs and even robes and wireless chargers. They have thought of everything. Fantastic location, quiet beach but close to Daytona for mini golf, boardwalk, water park and more. Peter was great to work with and we received detailed check in/out instructions in plenty of time. We have come to Ormond every year for the past 13 years but this was our first time in this condo and will definitely stay again!
