Welcome to our luxury 4 bedroom home. The house, just three miles away from Disney, is located in the 24/7 manned gated and prestigious Emerald Island Resort. So close to Disney you can hear the fireworks from your pool deck.

LED TV in every bedroom, Frozen themed and Star Wars themed twin rooms, this four bedroom luxury home is specifically set up for vacationing guests. The first master bedroom suite includes king size sleigh bed features Tempur-pedic contour supreme mattress, TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, roman corner jetted tub, his and her sinks. The second master bedroom suite features king size Tempur-pedic ProAdapt contour Technology mattress, TV and en-suite bathroom with full size tub. Both twin rooms have two twin size beds and TV. This home can comfortably house 8 people. In addition, a pull out queen size sofa bed can sleep 2 more guests. In total this home can comfortably sleep for up to 10 people.

This home is back to the conservation land, waterfront to Emerald Island Resort waterway, offers tranquil water view and lush green land beyond. We have a heated private pool, a patio table with chairs, chaise lounge chairs on the extended pool deck for you to relax outdoors while soaking in the Florida sun. Gas BBQ Grill is readily available and free to use. The pool is equipped with a child safety fence to prevent unsupervised young children from the pool area. The Emerald Island resort also has a clubhouse sauna, fitness center, arcade, Internet cafe, Tiki-bar, 2 heated community pools, spas, volleyball, tennis, basketball facilities, kiddie play areas, all at one’s disposal. Furthermore.
Your home away from home is secure, in a prestigious gated & guarded community located at Disney's doorstep. It is a perfect place for one to recover from a hard day at the parks.
We have a pool table, and Foosball table in the garage converted game room with complimentary high-speed wireless internet reaches every corner of the house. The family room has a 65’’ LCD television, Formal living room; family room, dining room, and breakfast area provide plentiful space to entertain large families. The home also has a washer and a dryer so you can enjoy a long and fun vacation with all the conveniences of your own home. Fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, conventional coffee maker, toaster, blender, just bring your K-cups and you are ready to start your day. Furthermore, the house is conveniently located just minutes away the popular tourist strip of 192, supermarkets and restaurants, this makes it one of the most appealing spots for both short and long term vacation rentals

Pool heat is optional for your stay but requires an additional fee. We suggest the pool heat from November through April if you plan to use the pool.

This home is thoughtfully set up and tastefully decorated. And updated frequently. More pictures upon request.

Please note: Emerald Island Resort charges $20 per vehicle for guest access cards to the resort for your entire stay. This is payable to the resort on arrival.

Amazing from booking to visit
Where do I start! Dennis was so prompt with queries. The accommodation had been upgraded since the photos had been taken, which Dennis did mention during the booking process. Extremely comfortable sofas. Main bedroom mattress was truly the best that I've ever slept on and we've travelled the world a lot! The location was superb, just minutes from supermarkets, restaurants & Disney. Shout out to the cleaning staff, too, which did a particularly great job in the bathrooms, which are often the areas that have grubby bits but the 3 bathrooms were spotless. Can't recommend enough! A++++++

Nice layout
The layout of this house was perfect for our family. The view was very nice. We also loved the fact that we could have groceries delivered and pretty quickly too. Close to mainy stores and fun places to go. Host was very responsive when contacted.

Our 3rd year here. Dennis is a has been easy to respond with. Always enjoyed the privacy and all one level living, we pay ($25 a day ) to heat pool but we used it everyday . Lots of restaurants to chose from. Kitchen well stocked with appliances and cooking essentials. There are minimum on other things like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs , laundry soap. If your staying more than a few days bring your own. To get gate pass is $20.

Perfect Spot!
This whole situation was fantastic. The property manager was extremely quick with the responses to any questions and provided all the information well ahead of time. The ONLY hiccup was a simple mix-up with the cleaning folks and the calendar. So when my wife, in-laws and kids showed up the house hadn't been cleaned. But, one quick call and a SUPER fast response was enacted. The cleaning team were extremely friendly, apologetic and thorough beyond measure. Needless to say, if you need a nice place to stay, have family, need to be near the major Orland attractions... PICK THIS PLACE!!! We were also able to see a Space-X launch, which was the cherry on top of everything.

Easy access to parks, great personal pool, and space for 7
We've been to Disney/Universal many times and have enjoyed each of our stays. This was our first time staying at Emerald Isle. The check in process and pick up of our gate card was super smooth. Much faster than some other properties we have stayed at. I stayed with my sister, her teen daughter, her two best friends, and my two best friends. The three full bathrooms were great for the number of people in the house and rotating the adults and teens through to get showered up before and after park time. We utilized the pool every night and during our off day in the middle of the week. Having stayed in January, we were very happy to have decided to heat the pool. The location of the resort property was SO close to Disney. It was great. Right near Animal Kingdom, and we had easy access to Wal Mart and the super Target on 192. We placed pick up orders several times at both places, and it was so easy. We had used that WalMart during a pre-Covid trip, and their curbside delivery service has vastly improved and made getting all of the necessities much easier. We would definitely stay again!

Great house but need a new property manager
Love the layout of this house (2 master bedrooms with ensuites and how its a bungalow) The house is actually better in person than in the pics online. Beautiful neighbourhood. My only issue with this place is the property management . On the 2nd day our pool heat stopped working. When we initially communicated this to the property manager she kept telling me its working fine and has something to do with ambient heat which all sounded like bull to me. She sent someone who emptied our garbage and then looked at the pool heat (100% not qualified to diagnose a pool heater problem but i think she sent him to shut us up and burn time until we go home) After he left and it still wasn't working she sent someone else who again wasn't qualified to diagnose the problem. He cleaned the pool and added chlorine and when I asked him about the pool heater he spoke no english but was able to say its working. My husband tried calling her many times since it was clearly not working, but she never answered. the phone after that Ultimately we left on our last day and kids only got to use the pool for 1 day of our trip since it was quite cool outside and pool was freezing. The owner of the house did contact me afterwards and say a technician looked at it after we left and the pool heater is broken and is going to give me a full refund. I get this stuff happens and I appreciate the refund but the property manager should be more helpful when guests call her and stop with lies and trying to pull the wool over our eyes. We are not stupid and this trip is important to us. Recommendation to the owner - get a new property manager.

Great location in a cute neighborhood
It’s a nice place. They even had a high chair and a car seat already there (for anyone else with little ones). We had a problem finding towels, but the problem was ours; there’s a closet behind a door into the central bath we’d missed. Bottom line; we’d stay here again.

Fantastic Home
This house was better than we expected. It’s close to everything but also felt private with the back of the house facing the water and trees. Our family went to Universal Studios which was only about 30 mins away depending on traffic. We ended up just staying in the entire day to swim and play games. I did contact the owner a couple times and he responded within minutes. I’ve never rented a house to stay at so I just wanted to be sure there wasn’t anything extra that I needed to do. I will definitely book this house again the next time we travel to that area!

Loved our stay!!
Our first time booking a house to vacation in. We booked for 3 weeks. Very happy with our overall stay. The house is just as pictured. We paid extra $25. a day to heat pool, which we used and enjoyed everyday. Dennis was very easy to message with. We had a few issues while there and they were taken care of very quickly by property manager Margaret. She was very sweet to deal with. The only thing I would say is the furniture in the family room needs replaced, very broken down and uncomfortable.

Nice home. Great location
We would certainly book this home again. The floor plan is spread out, with a large airy feel. After a long day at the parks, we wanted a good nights sleep, and sure enjoyed their 2 nice king beds. The kitchen is well equipped with a table that seats 4. There is also a dining room, if you need additional seating. Although, we did not use the pool the view from the rear of the house is nice. You face a water front conservation land area that is peaceful and private. Dennis, our host was responsive and accommodating. Enjoy the great location and additional amenities available.

Great location - responsive owner
Owner was very responsive. Great location - got to Disney parks in 15-20 minutes max. Easy to get back to for afternoon breaks from the parks. WalMart 2 miles away for groceries. Gated community HOA charges a $20 fee to get an access card to the gate otherwise you wait in line at the guard. Not disclosed on listing. Other rentals in the neighborhood so you don’t know what kind of neighbors you will have - we had some loud ones on the weekend but they stopped by 1130pm. The house is nice, excellent layout yet it seriously needs a deep clean. Used cotton swab in the corner of the master bathroom floor, really dirty carpets on high traffic areas, artificial foliage needs to be dusted and baseboards need attention. These concerns were noted by other reviewers months ago and obviously not done. No wash cloths - also noted months ago and not addressed. Towels were really worn but serviceable. Clean Microfiber sheets if that matters to you. The door jam/door on the master bath was literally black with fingerprints, same with the pantry door knob. Sofas in living room very new/nice. Sofas in family room leather surfaces breaking down/split and no spring left. This home could be SO much nicer with some attention. I paid a cleaning fee - someone is stealing it because they are NOT cleaning with any effort. My teenagers do a better job. I’d rent again if it got a deep clean and new towels with washcloths because of the location and responsive owner. Don’t get me wrong, the surfaces were wiped down, but that’s about it. Bedding in themed rooms was really cute and nicely done. Master bedroom comforter really worn and no other blanket provided. Router and cable box mounted on bare plywood sheet then onto the wall in master bedroom next to the dresser - so ALL the blinking lights are there while you are sleeping. Wifi went out for two days due to a “fiber optic line being cut” and owner was responsive in dealing with Wifi provider. HVAC locked at 70 as lowest temperature. Locking front door knob gives a high risk of locking yourself out as you only have the code to the deadbolt - no key for doorknob. Good pots, dishes, appliances and Keurig etc in kitchen so if you want to cook you will have all you need. Newer washer and dryer worked well. With some attention, this can be an A+ rental property.

Great restful spot for an Orlando vacation
This had everything we needed for our family to enjoy a great time in Orlando. It was a quiet, restful spot that was fairly accessible to most things we wanted to do in the area. We had enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. We have 3 kids ages 11, 8, and 6 - the pool was perfect for them to be able to swim as much as they wanted. And we drove up to the resort pool a few times for some more "jumping fun" for them.
