All of the bedrooms have Smart TV's with ROKU TV, Netflix, Disney+ & Prime Video apps (use your own log-ins and don't forget to log out!). You'll have access to a high speed internet. Wifi works at the entire house. In our brand new Star Wars-themed game room you'll find lots of entertainment, such as a pool table, an air hockey, a Playstation 4 and two arcade games.
Both living rooms offer TVs and enough space for guests to enjoy and relax. The front living room is perfect for you to sneak away quietly and read a book. While the main living room has an 85 inch LED TV.

We offer pool towels for your convenience. The pool area has a safety fence to ensure children's safety.
✔ KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with table, sink and worktop where guests can cook their lunch, breakfast, dinner and pack their snacks for the theme parks. It is also equipped with appliances, dishwasher, microwave, a large fridge, coffee maker and more. The house has three meal tables.
✔ LAUNDRY:
We offer easy-to-use laundry facilities with a washer and a dryer.
✔ RESORT AMENITIES:
The home is located within the exclusive Veranda Palms Resort where you have all the amenities to fill a day whether you chose to relax or indulge in fun-filled activities. The house has a private pool/spa, but the resort also offers additional perks such as a zero-entry resort-style pool along with a splash area (the kids love it), waterslide, hot tub, BBQ/picnic area, fitness center, and playground. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool and the atmosphere is chill.
The community is surrounded by the Shingle Creek Preserve, a regional park where you can hike, bike, and paddle among towering cypress trees, and if you head on out in interstate 192 it’s lined with dining, entertainment, and shopping. You have Congo River mini-golf nearby, Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, and a bit further, Kissimmee Old Town with a Fun Spot America amusement park.
When it comes to theme parks, Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Epcot are less than a half-hour away; Gatorland is even closer, and SeaWorld and Universal Studios are just a few minutes further.
✔ HEATED POOL/JACUZZI:
We offer pool heating for an additional $35 per night (it has to be for the minimum of 3 nights). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Please keep in mind that the jacuzzi uses the same water as the pool, so if you want the jacuzzi to be heated, you have to ask for the heating too. Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.
✔ GRILL:
BBQ grill and propane tank-rentals are available upon request. There will be a $80 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.
✔ HOME/ENTRY:
We offer easy self Check-In with personalized code at anytime after the Check-In time. Entire house is available for guest use.
