Guest Access:
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. You can park in the driveway, up to 3 vehicles. Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles. Please don't park in the street, on the grass, block sidewalks, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways to avoid your vehicle being towed.

All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer.

The Neighborhood:
Located at the Bella Vida Resort, just 5 miles form Walt Disney World, off US192 in Kissimmee. Theme parks and water parks are a short drive away, and you’ll be close to golf courses, restaurants and shopping.

Guests enjoy access to the resort facilities, including, a large community pool and sundeck, plenty of sports courts, a clubhouse, and over 15 acres of breathtaking lakes. It’s a great resort for families, there is a playground and shallow entry pool for younger children. Kids will enjoy spending time at the basketball and volleyball courts. You will also find a gym, table tennis, and foosball at the clubhouse.
