Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Could have been better
When we arrived at our home, the house was not cleaned. The outside furniture cushions were on the inside furniture, the sheets were dirty and the floor wasn’t swept. After calling the property manager, they said they showed in their system that the home was inspected and cleaned the day we checked in, but were going to send someone out to re-clean the home and no one ever showed up. After trying to reach out again, they would not answer the phone. The idea of the home with the Disney theme concept was nice, however this house truly needs a deep clean including the walls being re-painted. There are a lot of repairs, upgrades and or maintenance that needs to be done to the furniture such as the beds, game room games and patio furniture. The water pressure in the master bedroom downstairs was horrible. Also, the refrigerator kept cutting out and we had to keep going to the garage to fix the breaker. The pool and other amenities are nice and were enjoyable, however this trip could have been better if we had better communication with the management team and the home was Cleaned properly.

Nice....but.....
The listing was as described but there were a few things that were off putting and some things that were good. 1. Checking in at the gate was easy, but dont look inside the guard house. Our experience was it looked as if there was water all over the floor and the guard was trying to clean up the mess with newspapers. 2. Very little communication was had on how to utilize the clubhouse or even find the club house. Ie no map or other type of instructions, 3. Walk through of the house, very clean but many of the dresser drawers would not close properly/stay closed. It almost seemed that the floors were slightly tilited. Many of the dressers should major signs of wear on the top 4. Across the street from the house is a basketball court. Kids and adults were using the courts up until midnight. There is a noise ordinance but there were no instructions on who to call. Had to email to find out what the proper procedures were... (answer provides, call the guard house or call 911) 5. Maintenance... we had to call maintenance for a few items, they were out the next day. Since we checked in on a Sunday it could have been that maintenance was closed after the house was cleaned, but I have a feeling that the cleaning crew did not report any issues 6. Pots and pans... old... beat up, very few of then had flat bottoms and I had to rewash them plus the utensils prior to use as they all felt greasy 7. Close tv accounts when leaving we had access to someone elses accounts

The property was nice we’ll clean , me & my family enjoy ourselves everything was perfect , I just think y’all just needed more cleaning supplies & toys & stuff for the kids for the pool , i also think you should have like tea bags coffee, stuff seasoning so when y’all guests have to cook & ketchup etc little things but other things that my family enjoy ourself , we had buy new pool sticks we had got some toys stuff for the pool for your next guest!! Motel 6 cleaner and better water presure
When we got there open the door the first smell that hit us was Wet Dog Dirty Cat litter. From there you can imagine, all filters dirty dusty bathrooms see they only do a quick clean see dirt from where they dont clean. Old soap bar still in the shower. Water pressure its like if you had no water after a hurricane and try to turn on the water and it dribbles out. Location is great but the cleanliness was horrible and for what we paid you expect 100× better. The worset part talking to property agent said there are no animals allowed that smell can't be, so i sent them a picture of the cat box that was in storage. No response after that. In summary the location great the setup was great the cleanliness Horrible there tasking horrible as well. One more thing ordered to rent a grill mind you a home that sleeps 18 ppl+ they bring a grill for like 3 people. The best part bring it a day late the grill and when they deliver it small 2 person grill with 2 tanks of gas that were EMPTY! 5 mins into trying to make the small grill work for 18 ppl gas is out and back up tank was empty. Just so you have an idea how that management company operates

Was exactly as described. Presented lovely. Thank you for having the lights on, table set and pool warm when we arrived. Beds very comfortable. Would have appreciated a few more towels and toilet rolls, and a tea towel or dish washing items. There was no play station in games room as mentioned. Overall was a very pleasant stay. We were all impressed and would highly recommend.

this is a great property, It was as advertised, the only reason i only gave a 4 star for cleanliness was because one of the small garbages in a bathroom had not been emptied, the lock on the front door was broken, but we notified management and they fixed it right away, the neighbors were a little bit nosy, but I guess thats hard to control, since they are always changing. overall this is a great property, and our family had a wonderful time here.

Great property
Fantastic property... The property was well maintained and completely as advertised. The maintenance company communicated with us very well and typically responded within hours on all our inquiries. Why four stars on the location... Few things, the house is located very close to its neighbors on both sides, which meant you can see right into each others pool areas (however this isn't uncommon for Florida). Also, we were not sure if this was due to highway construction, but from the location, there was a lot of traffic and typically doubled our trip time to and from the parks. At the time of our stay there was a lot of highway construction and we believe that might be the cause. Beyond the few things above, it was a great property and highly recommend this location.

So close to perfect!!
This house is beautiful and spotless- exactly as pictured! When we requested pool heating at last minute they took care of it incredibly quickly and were easy to reach. For a house that can to accommodate so many people it had a few rough spots - there are incredibly few places to hang damp towels in bathrooms and several toilet paper holders are loose. With our group we prepared most meals at house and there were plenty of dishes and glasses, but no mixing bowls, baking sheets or cutting board (we bought cheap ones nearby). Having a playground right across the street was a huge bonus, as was the resort area a short drive away. Some of equipment in game room could use a bit of repair, but a really fun space. Absolutely loved our stay and felt good about the property management - but a couple cheap additions and repairs will bring this property to perfection in my opinion.

Awesome house.
We stayed here for three weeks, the house itself was amazing! Really nice. Exactly like the pictures. The pool was lovely too. The neighbours varied, none were there very long but some where noisier than others and there were quite a few marijuana smokers amongst them and the smell at times was a bit annoying. This was not down to the villa though which like we said was brilliant. The location was also pretty decent. Super markets close and the parks all within about 50minutes and easy to get to. Wish I’d took my golf clubs as the course looked great! Communication with executive villas was also really good. Some good restaurants in the locale too.

House was clean and as described however, many burnt out light bulbs, no water pressure, a shower drain that didn't work, worn out outdoor furniture, no pool skimmer, no information provided about community or shuttle that was available. Basketball court across from house had people playing all hours of the night. Police had to be called after an attempted break in. Very poor communication....seemed like management just did not care.

2022 Family Vacation
This property was very spacious for my family of 13. We had an issue with the pool/hot tub water being very cloudy and green. Someone was sent to clean the pool but it did not help. There were plenty of plates, bowls and silverware but not very many pots or pans. There are also no pot holders so we had to use towels to pull things from the oven. The location of this rental was wonderful! Very convenient for many of the things we wanted to enjoy!

My family enjoyed the property during our stay. The only issue we experienced was the noise level from the neighboring property renters after hours. It’s very comfortable with a lot of room for the family.

Beautiful home BUT.....
So the house was beautiful. We loved the pool space and all the different bedrooms and bathrooms. It was very clean. Close to Disney and plenty of places to eat and shop for groceries. Nice community area. Waterpark area was awesome. Small park area for playing right across the street from our house. The bad part- communication once we were the was not great. We paid for pool heat after we arrived, took forever to even get it turned on. I paid for a week of heat at $150 and it was only heated for 1 day. I think it took 2 days after I requested it turned on to actually get it turned on. Then, we were away for the day at Disney, returned home late, and the next morning realized 2 of our Nintendo Switches were stolen from inside the house. We locked the front door and the back patio door. After looking at the patio door, someone jimmied the lock and broke it while we were gone. I called management right away and no one seemed to care. The lock was now broken so we could not lock the door. My kids were terrified of the "robbers" as they called them and afraid they would come back. It took 2 days to get the lock fixed. I called 3 times and was told they would send someone ASAP to fix it. That should have been fixed the same day. It's a large community and I understand that, but that is a huge safety concern. We called the police, and an officer came right away. She was so nice. She told us often times in the vacation communities this happens. It's typically kids and they know what to look for. Some of the sliding doors can be lifted up out of the tracks if you do it just right. Also, the other side of the sliding door did not lock either. The maintance person fixed that side as well, but it wasn't broken from the break it, it didn't work in the first place. So from the get go, it was not safe and secure. We lost almost $1000 in personal items.

Wanted enough pots and pans for a family gathering. Only thing that was enough was plates, Bowls, and Knives, forks, spoons. Not Pots and frying pans. Said they were going to get delivered never did. Had to go buy some. Took 2 days for Grill to get delivered. Laundry was not done. Had to dry towels and fold and put away. only 2 remotes had batteries. Had to go get some of those. There were roaches in the house

Family vacation
Property was very nice, more then we imagined. It was confusing with towels but we finally found them in the dryer. If you need more you have to let them know the first 24 hours but they are closed on Sunday. The game room is nice but some thing needs updated. The pool was awesome! We had an amazing time.

The house was really big
When arriving the door would not work with the code. The whole time while down there the door never locked. The neighborhood was quite until the weekend and the neighbors was extremely loud and didn’t stop partying until 5am which was unpleasant because I have a 9month old but the freezer door was broke. The showers had long hair in two of them. But the couch upstairs smell like pee and two of the rooms smelled like pee.

Overall ok stay
The house is very beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. Check-in was easy. We had a great stay overall. The negative: The carpet has staples sticking up at every bathroom entrance and the adults and the kids were stepping on them often and it was painful. The game room was missing tips for the pool sticks, the skee ball game did not have balls and did not work and there is not gaming systems in the game room but we are not even sure that there was supposed to be or it just appeared like gaming corners on each side of the room. There was also a broken chair and a broken freezer door handle when we got there. They did replace the chair (while we were gone one day and without any notification that they were coming in at all). We were also told the pool would be heated button it wasn’t when we got there.
