Great house
This house was great for the 4 families that enjoyed it for the weekend. It was spacious and as described in the listing. The host was super fast to engage and respond leading up to the reservation. Check in was smooth. You should bring extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen soap and sponge and shampoo and conditioner if you are a large group or staying many days but there is a grocery store and Walmart nearby. Overall a great house yo recommend.

We had a group of 10 staying. None of the bathrooms had any washcloths or extra towels. One towel per guest for the 4 days we stayed. There werenā€™t any dishwashing tabs (said they were available). We had one kitchen hand towel for the entire stay, no extra trash bags, only the one in the trash can. Bed lines had curly black hairs all over and were filthy. They finally came the day before we left to replace . We declined since we were already leaving the next morning. None of the games upstairs were available to play because the pool sticks were broke and the air hockey table didnā€™t have a puck. When we plugged in the air hockey table the fuse blew. The grill area was dirty as well as the outdoor ceiling fan. So grosse. When j told the host he wanted pics of the issues but nothing was done to fix anything other than coming to fix the blown fuse. Other than it being a beautiful house, thatā€™s all it really is unfortunately.

GOLDEN!!
My entire famliy with the in laws in tow wanted to celebrate the baby of the famliy turning 13 on the 13th! a GOLDEN Birthdays and the accommodations at this property where GOLDEN and did not disappoint. Perfect for large famliy trips and families that like to cook. There is not one complaint. The resort was perfect also.

Great vacation home! Would recommend!
As someone who relies heavily on reviews Iā€™d like to give a thorough review! From our first e-mail, communication with the owner was excellent and that remained consistent all the way through our stay! Check-in was easy, as we were given a code to enter when we arrived. Overall the house seemed clean and spacious. Each bed was equipped with a sealed package including pool towel, bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was also clean and well stocked with dishes/silverware which was appreciated! The pool was nice and the included heat was a huge plus!! The upstairs game room was nice to have as well. Among many great things with this home there were quite a few ā€˜smallā€™ things that need improved (but not enough for us to not give it 5 stars) Hopefully these things can help the owner/future tenants . First, the kitchen cooking pans were in very bad shape. They need replaced. Also, the garbage disposal did not work. Another area was the upstairs game room. There was no way to plug in the air hockey table and 2/4 of the pool sticks were usable. The pool patio area needs a good cleaning & the net to clean the pool was broken. Again, these were minor things and we still enjoyed our stay in this villa. The last thing Iā€™d like to bring up, that the owner has no control over, were the noisy neighbors! We were woken up multiple nightsā€¦Youā€™d think people would have more respect staying in a neighborhood. Butā€¦Overallā€¦great villa!

This was a lovely home to stay in. We did have a few issues within the first couple hours of our stay. There is limited dresser space for clothes and didnā€™t seem to have enough hangers but they did bring some to us a few days later. The pool and spa wasnā€™t working for the first few days but the property manager was quick to have someone fix the issue. The back door lock wasnā€™t working. Like I said small issues that got fixed within a timely manner.The home has lots of dishes and everything you could possibly need to eat and prepare meals . The small issues we had were fixed and did give us a late checkout for our issues. I would definitely stay in this home again.

Great House/Neighborhood/Resort
The communication with this property owner was amazing before and during our stay. This is my second time staying on the resort and I experienced a different level of hospitality and communication with this owner versus the company owned property. This is a very nice home and was a home away from home for me and my family. We purchased Sea World tickets but between the private pool at the house and water park located on the resort our kids did not want to leave the home and go to SeaWorld.

We had a great time, plenty of room and the host was quick to respond. The neighbors in one of the next door houses were very noisy and loud very late one night. Previous renters had broken the pool sticks, so we couldn't play pool. the kitchen needed towels dishcloths and hot pads. Overall a great place to stay!!

Christmas and Birthday Getaway
The property was spacious and ideal for the 14 Adults coming from Chicago, Pennsylvania, Baltimore, NOLA and Atlanta. We gather family for the Holiday and to celebrate šŸ„‚šŸŽˆ a Birthday for our 70 year old Sister/Aunt/Mom. Having a heated pool/hot tub would have been great when the weather was in the 70's. We loved the well-equipped kitchen, dishes and utensils. Some of our party used the Resort Club House and their amenities. Our Host was great in his response times and availability to clarify any miscommunication and perceptions we had from reading the rules and regs. The minor complaints/concerns rested on bedding. The fitted sheets and mattress coverings should be replaced. They easily slip off with any stirrings in one's sleep. Although the Loft area contains a pool table, air hockey, foosball, etc., our group wanted that space to practice yoga. We are Senior Citizens and had no youngstas in our group. We found out that grocery stores, restaurants and big box stores were close by as we needed to replenish and restock our only refrigerator, daily. (We asked those who drove to the resort from home to bring coolers and crockpots.) The Wi-Fi was sufficient for those of us still needing to work remotely, but it seems that streaming services on the TVs, Cellular Phones and Pads were strained. Overall, I would recommend this property for large groups and coordinate with your friends and family to supplement cooking and cooling containers. Our Host was 5 ā­ā­ā­ā­ā­!!

Wonderful vacation home!
Overall, we would stay at this lovely home again! Perfect for a muti-generational Florida vacation! Close to everything, we drove with ease to the Disney Parks and to Kennedy Space Center! Excellent communication from host and quick response every time we reached out! We did have some issues with the pool temperature being too hot, but it encouraged us to use the amazing pool amenities of the resort! There is a huge pool, a big kiddie pool and waterslide, and a relaxing lazy river! The staff at the poolside bar was exceptional and we enjoyed fruity concoctions and tasty meals poolside! Our littlest traveler was provided with a full size crib in the home and we loved that most bedrooms had their own bathroom and showers! There is a fun game room on the second floor. You will love staying here!

Only had few issues, the pool heat wasn't right but was resolved by owners within a few days. The patio door wasn't locking, causing alarm to go off. which got replaced eventually. Could do with more linen and maybe more drawer space for clothes. Also neighbours very noisy at weekends outside until 2am. Overall we did have a lovely time and would stay again. Wonderful Family Vacation!
Our family had an excellent experience staying at this property. The host was excellent in response times and giving us all needed information ahead of time. The property was clean and accommodated our family perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Me and my family really enjoyed the property. Dislike that sheets didn't stay on the beds while sleeping and that property does provide washcloth only provide towels and hand towels.

Overall the house was great and the size of it is a lot bigger than the photos and has plenty of room for large families. The house pool was nice for when the waterpark was at its limit. The ourdoor cooking space was great. The owner is extremely helpful if there is any type of issue tgat might come up. This is a great place for families.

Major Issues with Safety/Security
Upon arrival, we were unable to gain access to the house due to PIN code to front door being changed last minute. Air hockey and fooshball table accessories were missing, so we were not able to utilize. Sliding door was not able to be safely secured throughout our stay, property owner was made aware and stated it would be fixed during our stay, but it wasn't, nor were the vertical blinds on the sliding door, that were broke by previous guests. I was in contact with the property owner several times throughout our stay regarding these issues, but noting was done to fix the issues. I would like to be compensated for the inconvenience and lack of sleepless nights due to safety/security issues.

Nice House
This house fit our needs. It was a little further than we anticipated from Disney area but the resort was really nice! The previous guests left the house in a bit of disarray with broken games, wet floors and clearly didn't respect that this is someones home. The management team was great about it. The mermaid room was a bit smaller that I thought and the sheets could use some updating because of how nice this home is. It would also be nice to have some black out curtains since its such a family area. Overall good experience and nice house.

Excellent Family Getaway
Our family loved this home. It was perfect for our needs. We arrived later than we had hoped at check in, but having a heated pool and a gas grill with propane already hooked up was a game changer. We were grilling in 15 minutes, and it possibly saved the first night of our stay. When we visited the resort pool the next day, it was chilly and everyone was quickly ready to go back to the house pool. The entire process was extremely easy, and all the owners help was greatly appreciated. We were pretty satisfied with everything.
