Self catering Villa sleeps 8 situated on secluded gated resort with golf course and childrens play area, 2 min from 192 attractions.brand new 60 inch tv just been put in Fully air conditioned .Furnished to an excellent standard ensuring your holiday is both relaxing and enjoyable. There is cable TV ,DVD player, free internet access, u.s.,canada calls and a new games room with 8 ft pool table,table soccer,darts and table tennis table,.Boasting a west facing view overlooking a tranquill lake.The main room is large and spacious with plenty of room for all the family to relax after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen dining area complete with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, with patio doors leading to spacious pool and deck area. The family sized washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are provided and a full compliment of towels. master bedroom is fitted with a king sized bed, 42 inch TV large walk in closet and en suite bathroom. There are 3 other spacious bedrooms,1 queen sized bedroom and 2 twin beds en suite. The pool area provides ample space to soak up the Florida sun and pool heating 25 dollars a day

Quite and relaxing
Enjoyed the stay very much as the wife and I came this time mainly to chill and that we did.We usually stay around 4 corners area that’s where our local haunts are , but it wasn’t to far to drive.In all the years we’ve have been travelling to Orlando I must say it was the cleanest pool we’ve had never a bug to be seen our whole stay. Many Thanks Hope to stay again TONY & MARIE

Great experience.
The property was beautiful. I wish we would have had more time to explore the lake and community. Our hosts were awesome and kept us well informed of what we needed to do. I really liked the sense of security inside the gated community. In all, great experience!

Great location, lots of food/grocery options nearby. Convenient to turnpike for access to attractions. Very clean home. Not a lot of extras, bring TP/paper towels, extra bath/pool towels. Quiet/safe gated community.

Relaxing, gorgeous views!
We spent 6 days here and expected to site see the whole time, but the villa had enough to offer that we did not want to leave. Beautiful lake view from the poolside. The property was clean, in a quiet neighborhood equipped with everything necessary to forget the world and enjoy quality family time. Very close to Universal and other parks as well. Would book again & again.

We were moving our son to UCF and needed a short stay with a washer and dryer, pool. This house was perfect. It was clean and a good location to get to the Turnpike to get up to the school. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved this villa - very clean and large. More than enough space for everyone. Pool was clean and ready to use, we spent most of our time in Disney, but the beds were comfortable and the location was reasonable for the price.

Enjoyable Vacation
Very nice community and convenient to a variety of shopping and restaurants. Master bedroom mattress and pillows very comfortable and the linens were clean. Both showers had great water pressure. Swimming pool and outside area was clean. Good internet service. Was relaxing and quiet area. Beautiful view of the lake from the pool area.

One week July vacation
We had a great time staying here. We really enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. The swimming pool was awesome to cool off in after being out all day. I would recommend getting a handrail installed to help with getting in and out of the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean. The house and rooms available was big enough to accommodate seven adults. The pool was large enough for all of us to enjoy a few days in the water. The view onto the lake is quite beautiful.

Just ok
Have rented many properties in the past. Owner supplied very minimal staples. For a house that sleeps 8, although we only had 4. 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small roll of generic paper towels, 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwasher detergent and 1 small laundry detergent to wash the towels at the managements request. It was literally bare bones. The air conditioning needs to be serviced. They ask that you kindly keep the noise to a minimum after 9pm. The neighbors next to the house did not get the memo, they partied every night into the late-night early morning hours. The house was clean but is dated and can use some updates. There are no handrails for getting in and out of pool, being seniors, it was a bit of a struggle. The rental management did respond in a timely manner to any correspondence. On the upside the pool looking out to the lake for beautiful sunsets.

Make sure you bring toilet paper and make sure the tv works before 4
Property was clean. Could use some updates. Found many tiny bugs in guest bathroom. One roll of toilet paper available per bathroom. We stayed 2 days. The pool was great and the grandchildren enjoyed themselves. Only two tvs in house and the one in the living room is the biggest. Would not work. Numerous calls to property manager and e mails to owner. At 8 pm was told by property manager that he was “ not driving 15 miles to fix a tv” and that he had “ something better to do”. Overall a nice place but not the best I’ve been in.

Nice stay
House needs maintenance done to it, it was not what I would call clean. Several things broke and rigged back together. The property maintenance is poor. The pool was dirty at the bottom and no way to clean it out so we didn’t use it. Vrbo reviews and pics made this house look like a great clean place to stay and honestly I was disappointed.

Great stay in Kissimmee!
The house was quite large, which was a surprise! Lots of room as there were only four of us and a baby. The house was very clean. The beds were comfy. We had one small issue, but the owner rectified it immediately. Excellent communication with the owners as they get back to you very quickly. Kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed playing pool. The best part was the outdoor space. Really enjoyed watching all the wildlife. It is quite a sanctuary there. Plenty of birds, large turtles, otters and the alligators entertained us every day. We were happy to be screened in the lanai! There was no gas barbecue, but we purchased a very inexpensive propane BBQ from Walmart and then at the end of the week we sold it on marketplace! Easy, peasy. It is very difficult to find one for rent for the week.
