The Space:
Guests can relax and have plenty of fun staying in this 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home for up to 12 people
Immaculate whites contrast with bright teals, while the Florida sun filters through the sliding glass doors, inviting guests to enjoy and relax in the private courtyard with pool.
The upper level offers a charming luxury with its three suites.
The great master suite has a front view and consists of a comfortable KingSize bed and an en-suite full-bathroom with double sinks and glass enclosure shower box.
The second suite features another KingSize bed and en-suite full-bathroom with bathtub.
Lastly, the third suite is kids-theme decorated and has a Bunkbed (Twin over Full) and FullSize trundle bed -sleeps up to 5 kids.
These three suites are connected by a loft where guests can relax for a movie or TV shows time. (Sleeps up to 3 persons in the sofa bed)
Along the ground floor, guests can find a convenient Washer/Dryer room and a half-bath that can be accessed from the pool/patio area, too.
Guests can also have fun and challenges with family and friends in the game courts: basketball, beach volleyball, and a full-size soccer field.
Guest Access:
• Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry.
• We understand that your furry friends are part of the family too, which is why we offer a dog-friendly stay for an additional fee of $300 per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
• Parking is very easy with driveway space for 3-4 cars.
• We are pet friendly! Dogs are allowed for $300 per stay (up to 2 dogs). $75 per dog after 2.
• We ask that all dogs be crate trained and that you clean up after them.
• Quiet hours by city: 23:00-07:00
