Our home offers all of the conveniences of home plus the resort amenities of Glenbrook Resort. Located 20 minutes from the Main Gate of Walt Disney World, our home offers everything you could want with a superior location, resort amenities and a comfortable, fully furnished home.
Our home features a great room design with a wonderful split bedroom floor plan. The expansive great room features a comfortable family room, dining area and open kitchen all with views onto the sparkling pool. The fully equipped kitchen area is supplied with all the necessities to prepare meals and overlooks the kitchen diner and living area.
The huge family room is perfect for family gatherings and has views of the private screened pool & spa. The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals!
The family room features a large screen TV and opens to a screened lanai with sparkling pool and spa. Plenty of chaise lounges are available for sunning at the pool along with a dining table and chairs for sunset dining.
The split bedroom floorplan offers maximum privacy. The spacious master bedroom located in the rear of the home offers a king-sized bed, huge walk-in closet, enclosed bath and pool access sliding doors.
The front of the home has a private bedroom with queen sized bed. There are two additional bedrooms with two twin beds each and another full-sized bath.
The home comes complete with laundry room, washer & drier for use during your stay.
For guest convenience our home offers you cable TV/Smart TV's and wireless internet throughout the home, stereo CD and games.
Our game room with a full sized pool table is perfect for relaxing at home while taking a break from visiting the attractions.
Regularly updated by the owner and fully equipped with plenty of linens, towels and all the equipment you would need in your very own vacation ‘home away from home’.

The converted garage games room is perfect for family fun and there is pool table, plenty of books and games for all the family to enjoy! Free use of the pack n play, highchair and stroller!
Other things to note
Required to sign the rental agreement form. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location 4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by local Service. 7.Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. This will be a self-catering house. We supply the home with one roll of toilet paper per toilet, one roll of paper towels, guest soaps for each sink, two garbage bags and one dishwashing tablet. Please bring or purchase other personal items that you require.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
