This fabulous 5 bed 4.5 bath townhome is situated at the wonderful Solterra Resort, has an amazing private pool, grill, free high speed WiFi and all you need for a perfect vacation with your family and friends.

Also enjoy the family pool and lazy river, spa, fitness center, tennis courts, bar and restaurant at the Clubhouse within the Resort.
The space
The main floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom, an open plan kitchen with a large granite topped island, and the living and dining area look out over the private pool courtyard.

On the first floor, the spacious loft area provides room to relax or watch movies, the master bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom, and there is another bedroom with a queen bed and it’s own full bathroom. Finally, the two themed kids bedrooms have bunkbeds and are decorated for your kids to choose between the Lion King or Mickey’s bedroom.

It’s strategically located close to major highways with easy access to the theme parks and only a 21-minute drive to Disney Springs.

An 8-minute drive from supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies, a 9-minute drive from large stores like Target, Marshalls&Home Goods, Burlington, many more, and more restaurants, and a 9-minute drive from ChampionsGate where you can go for more shopping and dinning options.

This beautiful townhouse is the perfect place for you - it is tastefully decorated, with a contemporary and welcoming ambiance, has TVs in all bedrooms, and the blackout curtains will let you sleep in and recover from all the fun. The well equipped kitchen and laundry room will make your life much easier too.

Please send us a list with the first and last name of each guest staying with you, so we can register everyone at the security gate.
Other things to note
No surprises!
1. Heated pool is available for an additional $125 for entire stays up to 5 days OR $25 per night for stays longer than 5 days. We need to turn it on 48 hours before your arrival so it has enough time to warm up.
2. There is a $50 one time charge per stay for cleaning the grill, and propane is provided by the guest.
3. Pets are welcome and there is an additional $250 per pet per stay. A maximum of 2 pets only is allowed. Cleaning is required for every 2-weeks you stay with us at no additional cost. We will reach out to schedule a convenient time for you!
4. Access to the Clubhouse, where you can enjoy the family pool and lazy river, spa, fitness center, tennis courts, bar and restaurant for a one time charge of $35 per stay.
