Welcome to your stunning 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom home in the prestigious Champions Gate community. This luxurious retreat is designed to provide you and your guests with comfort, convenience, and an unforgettable vacation experience.

On the main floor, you'll find a beautiful bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-size bed. This room offers a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and rest.

Upstairs, the elegant King bedroom awaits. With its spacious layout and plush king-size bed, this room serves as a peaceful sanctuary. It also boasts an ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience during your stay.

Adjacent to the King bedroom, there is a delightful room with two full beds. Ideal for families or larger groups, these beds provide ample sleeping space for a restful night's sleep.

The next bedroom features a twin bunk bed, offering a cozy and fun sleeping arrangement. This space is perfect for children or friends looking for a comfortable and playful atmosphere.

Additionally, there is a room with a full bunk bed, adding a touch of excitement and versatility to your accommodations. Whether it's siblings or friends, everyone can enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this room.

Lastly, a charming Queen bedroom completes the lineup. With its inviting queen-size bed, this room exudes elegance and offers a serene space for relaxation.

Take a dip in the large screened pool and spa or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun. Socialize or read in the lanai area, complete with a seating area and large dining table

Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Pool heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Restrictions apply please contact our team for further details.

we offer our guests access to a variety of amenities at The Oasis Clubhouse. Take a dip in the lazy river, work out at the gym, or challenge your family and friends to a game in the arcade. You can also lounge by the pool and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The Oasis Clubhouse is open from 9 am to 9 pm daily. Temporary structures are strictly forbidden by the HOA.

Awesome will book again!
The home was absolutely beautiful, very clean, pool was very warm just the way we asked. I had a group of 9 (5 adults 4 children) and we all had more than enough room! Hoping to book again next year! After the first day we were already discussing rebook for next year! Communication was great as well and the club houses were beautiful! No complaints at all! Home was exactly as pictured!

Nightmare!! Major red ant infestation in rugs and BEDS Horrible company to work with IHM
Major red infestation in carpet and beds found within hours of checking in, rusty grill that they expect you to pay $30 for use. The pool overlooks a 5 Lane Road. Maintenance Man called confirmed, red ant infestation. He then proceeded to spray ortho home defense all over bed and bedding we were expected to sleep in. We asked to move to another property and we were sent next-door to another house with signs of red ant infestation, torn furniture, stained bedding, dirty walls, gross carpeting, and probably more ortho sprayed bedding. NOT LUXURY. IHM employees try to help but manager, Natalie doesn’t work on weekends and never even called us instead sent an email stating the house was not dirty. She stated red ants found are normal in our area during this time of year”. it was clearly not clean and as it is NOT NORMAL to have people wake up with hundreds of red ants biting them. we have a lot of photos and videos as evidence the house was unsanitary and unsafe an email to Charles Webraham managing Director and owner also went unanswered. Vrbo tried to assist and told them on a three way call to issue a full refund but they refused. They had the nerve to charge us the first night and all the fees. Sorry but paying over $800. to sleep one night in a nightmare, red ant infestation house is absurd , we still do not have an acceptable resolution to this nightmare and have to dispute charges with our credit card company. Steer clear of ALL IHM properties.

Nice place for a family reunion
The house itself is very spacious and very nice. The pool in the back was very fun. The clubhouse pool wasn't quite as nice as it appeared but still enjoyable. Great experience - recommended.

Pleasant vacation
The home was beautiful. Aside from a few small items and the home community gates being out of service during our stay except the main gate (not home related), we enjoyed our stay. Excellent communications with management. We recommended they have the pictures updated, as the pool view shows privacy but there is a road and homes behind the home now. Thise pics were probably taken right after the home was built in 2020. The area has grown since then. Regardless, we do highly recommend the home and management.

Great vaca
We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and very roomy and updated. We had everything we needed and the kids had a blast. We didn’t want to leave and have highly considered purchasing our own home within the area.

Place and location was ideal for our family. Only complaint. Dishwasher didn't work, lounge chairs rusted and unsafe to sit on. Floor, couch and bed spread need a good washing/shampoo. Not enough dishes, silver wear. And need better beach towel

Great home
Beautiful home, nice area and an nice accommodating host. My only complaint is there were not enough wash cloths and the stove was cracked. Other than that it was lovely and a wonderful stay. Beds were really comfortable. Close to a lot of attractions. Would love to book again soon.

Championsgate stay
The Championsgate property pros and cons listed below. Pros- *20-25min away from all of the DisneyWorld properties *Size of home was clean & great for our entire family *The added cost to heat to spa/pool was well worth the added cost *We really enjoyed the added amenities to the Championsgate community. Both waterparks and arcade were a hit! Cons- *HUGE safety hazard! The pool chairs were rusted beyond repair with broken and exposed sharp areas. Contacted management immediately and they were quick to respond. Unfortunately, property owners were negligent and refused to replace the chairs and did not remove the chairs as we requested. These need to be replaced!! *stovetop was cracked as well which again is a safety hazard. Needs to be replaced! *spa jets stopped working on Monday and were not fixed until Thursday. *please be aware the neighboring properties were very loud, they were on both sides of us partying all hours of the night. We had some rough early mornings to the parks. If you need to be up early, I would not recommend this property or this area. Quiet hours are not enforced. *be advised that this house is not stocked with any basic seasonings or condiments as others we have previously stayed in. Toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and paper towels were not supplied for the entire stay for our large family. All in all, it served its purpose for our trip but we would not stay in this particular unit again due to the safety hazards.

Access code did not work to get us on the gate. Numerous things did not work upon arrival & had to be fixed. For the amount of money the property cost me it was too much for what we had to go thru. Property not rated highly.

Lovely Property
The family really enjoyed their stay, the property was as described very spacious for a family of 11 with ages between 9 and 80. The only regret is not getting over to enjoy the community amenities like the pool and water park. If I had to complain it would be about the QR code for gate access not always scanning. But other than that great home would stay again.

Highly Recommend
Our stay was perfect! Check in was smooth. Owner/Property Management was very responsive to needs. House was very clean and was exactly as the pictured. Pool/jacuzzi was great. Only recommendation is to get new lounge chairs. They were old and rusted.(It wasn’t a deal breaker, just recommend to update those)

Great Home for Disney Area
The home was perfect, clean and everything we needed for our family with plenty of room. Our own pool was great and the resort style community pool was nice too, though bar prices where one the HIGH end. Close enough proximity to the Disney parks. Few drawbacks; the amount of rentals the neighborhood has as a whole had a lot of loud music, especially next door they had music blasting all afternoon and evening where we could hear it inside easily. But sure enough about 9 o clock everything quieted down. The other thing is we did one park sunday and traffic was fine, but during the week with rush hour, the traffic getting out of that huge neighborhood and onto I-4 is a bit much, put on your patience cap. But I would rather stay here than one of those Disney resorts, and I would stay again if my family forced me to go to Disney.
