Welcome to your exquisite 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom retreat in the prestigious Champions Gate community. This remarkable vacation home offers a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and convenience, ensuring an unforgettable stay for you and your guests.

On the main floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom featuring a full-size bed. This tranquil space provides a peaceful haven for relaxation after a long day of exploration and adventure.

Upstairs, the Queen Master bedroom awaits, offering a luxurious escape with its comfortable queen-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Next, there is a delightful bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed. This charming space is perfect for families or groups of friends.
The highlight of this magnificent home is the Master King bedroom. Indulge in the utmost luxury and comfort of the king-size bed, and revel in the opulence of the ensuite bathroom. This private retreat is designed to exceed your expectations.
For the younger members of your group or those young at heart, the next bedroom offers a playful atmosphere with a full bunk bed. The final bedroom features two full-size beds, providing ample space for a restful night's sleep.

Take a dip in the large screened pool and spa or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun. Socialize or read in the lanai area, complete with a seating area and large dining table

Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Pool heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Great stay!
It was a beautiful home to stay in! The club house area was very nice with a pool, bar, and splash pad are for the kids. Everything was great and plenty of parking available. The only issue I had was trying to get anything from the property manager like a broom or sponge to wash the dishes. I was told they would bring it but never received either after requesting the items for two days.Overall, it’s a great stay and I wouldn’t mind returning.Highly recommended!

The property was great and the amenities were as well. The property manager was very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only issue we had was there wasn’t a broom but there was a dustpan. But that doesn’t take away from my 5 star review.

Relaxing Family vacation
My family and I enjoyed a 2 week stay at this property. Close proximity to supermarkets and the retreat clubs. Management was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. We ended up using the grill which was great for hanging by the pool. Not too crowded and the space was like the pictures. Very minor concerns were very quickly addressed by the Management team. We didnt want to leave. As with most of my rentals any food, cleaning supplies and pool toys I left behind to the discretion of cleaning crew and management. My hope is that its left for future families to enjoy. Thanks to all the staff that answered emails quickly it was an awesome experience. Will definitely be back!

Spacious Rental
It was beautifully decorated, perfectly supplied, and meticulously clean. Loved having access to the resort, as it occupied the kids for hours while the adults were able to soak up some leisure time. Location was great w/ a grocery store and Starbucks nearby. Host should include that check-in is gate specific and list the street name that has a gate attendee. Lots of entrances and became a little confusing but I don't believe that lessened our stay or experience. Host was communicative and responded quickly any time we had a question. We will be saving this listing for future stays!

Great for a weekend stay for a good sized family
We had family visiting from Mexico for the week and decided to do something special so we booked this house for a weekend at the beginning of their trip. They really liked and as we waited at the airport at the end of their trip they were still talking about the fun we had at the house. Thanks for helping make their trip fun and memorable.

Amazing stay
Everything looked exactly like the picture the only problem we had was getting through the gate everytime we left the barcode didn’t want to work but overall the stay was amazing and I will for sure book here again.

Was a little disappointed with some of the property only four tables to the dining room table, so eating was kind of odd for us where we saw of three chairs, broken in one of the storage rooms the quality of the furniture it’s tearing up was a little disappointing with the price being what it was the quality of the furniture was not up to par can attach photos if necessary one of the beds was broke. We took pictures of that when we first got there the barstools were ripped we took pictures of that when we got there they were blinds that were broken and just stuck up there appearing as if they were together outside of that. Everything else was pretty decent.

Had a great time. House was clean at check in. Pool was clean. Check out list was small and not filled with wild tasks. Only think was you had to pay a “grill fee” which is fine but they show the grill as part of the listing and it is wasn’t the best condition. I wasn’t expecting a brand new Webber but if you are goin to charge for grill use maybe buy new grill grates. But other then that was a 10/10

The house was very clean. We did find a roach near the door on one of the days, but with all the trash outside I wouldn’t say it would be uncommon. I would spray the area to keep them away. I wish there was a game room in the garage. That would have it perfect. The couch is not the most comfortable, as it gives no real support to lean back.overall it was a good stay.

We stayed at this property with 3 family’s and there was soooo much room! We enjoyed our time at the house, but my only complaint would be there was not enough cookware in the kitchen very minimal. Would definitely return, plus the beds were super comfortable!!

Getting into the property was horrible. Codes never worked was not allowed access to the other part of the property. Barely anything in the kitchen to cook with. House though was spacious and had plenty of room

Enjoyed our stay!
This was a wonderful property for our family and friends to stay, super spacious, plenty of bathrooms, beds, really nice pool! The only thing that was a bummer was the back patio and pool is directly under the master bedroom therefore you can hear everything if people are hanging out by the pool. Otherwise it was wonderful stay and we would return! :)

The property was a perfect fit for our group of 18! It was actually a lot bigger in person than the look online. Very clean, plenty of space and great amenities! So close to all of the Disney/Universal/Seaworld parks! Would definitely rent again!

Everything was great just as listed. The only unfortunate part is that some of the showers did not any water pressure. But overall it was an amazing time with family and would highly recommend to everyone. We will return.

Beautiful home!
The home is very neat and clean. Presents as shown in the photos. Pool and spa were heated as requested and very clean. Host was very responsive. AC worked really well. Master bed mattress is foam…not our favorite but comfortable. The kitchen is spacious but needs to be better appointed. There were enough dishes but not much to cook with. The house is staged quite nicely but there were no books, puzzles etc. a minor thing but something other homes do. There is a lot of construction across the road…noisy at times. We would definitely rent again and would recommend this home to others.

Nice house, okay neighborhood
First, I didn’t stay at the house listed. I was scheduled to, but the property manager moved me to a house a few doors down due to the condition the previous tenants left the place. The house was nice, comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen has the basics you need in terms of cook ware. Sheets and bedding were adequate—nothing special. The neighborhood is almost entirely vacation rental properties. Lots of trash in yards and street. Had to take chicken bones away from my pup on every single walk we took—no matter what direction we went.

Awesome experience
The experience was great. Anytime I sent a message they responded timely. I will be renting from your establishment again. Thank you for a great family Thanksgiving holiday. The only negative was the parking pass/getting in and out of the gate was a bit tedious.
