* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $400. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.

This luxury vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests in two stories.
An open space with view to the private Pateo encompass the living-dinning room and a gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances.
This 4 bed / 3 bath home features a QueenSize bed in the first bedroom, and a bathroom with shower box downstairs.
A fabulous master bedroom with KingSize bed and ensuite bathroom, and two other bedrooms with TwinSize beds that share the third bathroom. The laundry/washer area are also in the second floor.
Throughout the property the simple elegant minimalistic décor maximizes all the ambients.

- Pet Policies: we don’t accept pets of any kind. If you have a service animal please contact our reservations department for registration instructions.
- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. It serves as a precautionary measure to cover any potential damages incurred during your stay. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
Additional Amenities: we provide options such as a BBQ Grill, Pool Heater, Baby Cribs, High Chairs, Strollers, Rollaway Beds, and Pack'n Plays. Please note that these amenities come with an additional cost, which is not included in your total reservation amount.
