This beautiful 5 bedroom two story home is in the Glen Eagles village of the popular Remington Golf Community. Remington Golf boasts an 18 hole championship visually striking course with a complete practice area including a unique water driving range. This course is a mile from its sister course, Kissimmee Bay Golf Club. Remington Golf Community is just 1.5 miles north of the intersection of the Florida Turnpike and Hwy 192 which offers great access to Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios theme parks. In the family room is a newly installed 60 inch Smart TV. We have just installed brand new carpet upstairs in all of the 5 bedrooms and hallway. We have also had the interior of the pool resurfaced and it looks beautiful. Shopping and dining can be found in either direction on this central artery. This home is ideal for families with kids, golfers and snow birds. Remington is just a short drive to the Orlando International Airport and is a gated community with the security gates manned at night.
