This is a newly renovated condo as of June 2019. It's a spacious one bedroom, two full bath Condominium in the newest Disney Area luxury lakefront condominium at the Blue Heron Beach Resort nestled on the shores of 400 plus acre Lake Bryan, two blocks off I4 at the main Lake Buena Vista exit and just .9 miles from the entrance to Disney! This luxurious condo is located on the 8th floor with its oversized balcony overlooking the pool and Lake Bryan. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6

This professionally decorated unit is appointed with the best of everything, granite counter tops,and designer furnishing. This unit has a breathtaking view of the pool and lake. The unit is completely equipped with everything you to need to have a 'magical' stay. This luxurious condo is located on the 8th floor with its oversized balcony overlooking the pool and Lake Bryan. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 . The master bedroom has a king size bed with its private bath and jacuzzi tub. The set of bunk beds off the corridor is designed for kids up to 100lbs in weight. The condo has second full bathroom. The full kitchen and living room also have a view of the lake. The queen size sleeper sofa cab be utilized to accommodate 2 more people.The Resort itself has several heated outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, a kiddie pool, a pool bar (seasonal operation), two fitness centers and a dock that accesses Lake Bryan.The Resort offers scheduled Shuttle Service to Disney World and Seaworld. (there is a cost of 12 dollars per person).Watersports activities are available through nearby lake Buena Vista Watersports (cost). Miniature Golf is adjacent to the property. Numerous shopping centers are also nearby including the world famous outlet shopping centers.

Nice but missing some items
Location, pool, building, are all great. But the pictures had more than what was really there. There was no area rug, There was a lack of comfortable seating, there was only the couch, as the yellow chairs pictured were not there. but the worst was there were only two chairs on the balcony. No tall table and chairs or any table on the balcony, so you had o set your drinks on the floor. balcony

Another Florida Visit
We love staying at the Blue Heron. This is the 2nd time renting from Mark and the process was seamless. The property is well maintained and the condo is spacious. The location to Disney parks is excellent. We love the pool that at times was empty. So relaxing. We will return to visit our daughter and hope to stay again. Great value for the money.

Place was nice and we liked it a lot. Great view. A number of the light switches looked screwed up. They worked but they looked broken which was a bit of a concern. The gate at night was confusing - it was not explained clearly enough how to get back in when the gate was closed and we were not the only ones who felt this way. It was cool there was a Tiki Bar at the pool and feel that should be mentioned in the advertising as I think that is a selling point. Cool there was a mini arcade too.

Not clean
The check in process was easy and the location was exactly as expected. Those are the only positives. There was a used baby bottle in the main bedroom and crumbs in one of the bunks. The place also smelled bad, I had to leave the balcony open most of the time to help with the smell. The couch is in need of replacement Went down to check out amenities and the pier is falling apart with caution tape in a couple of places. When going back up discovered we were locked out of the unit because the battery was dead to the door lock. Was told by property manager, most owners leave a back up key….but there was none for this unit. We were in town for a wedding and this was quite an in inconvenience. The maintenance guy arrived within an hour and was friendly.

Beautiful location, great stay!
Very easy to get to. Located within minutes of Disney Springs, Disney Resort and Universal Studios. Yet just far enough away to feel secluded. Property is on a beautiful lake, has a wonderful pool with a cabana bar and hot tub. Absolutely a great place to stay!

Perfect location for the Disney experience.
Location was great for all of the Disney attractions. Which means a lot of traffic! Plenty of restaurants in the area. The condo was well equipped. My only complaint would be the T.V. situation. It says it has cable but it's not HD. They don't have 2 of the main network channels ABC & CBS . The TV in the bedroom only has a roku remote. Very inconvenient. We had a few bad weather days and the March madness was on so that's why this was a problem. The other complaint is the front desk people are not very friendly or helpful. They couldn't answer any question, only saying the unit is privately owned they don't know anything. The pool and cabana bar are very nice!

Great condo close to Disney
This condo was excellent. The unit is clean and tidy. It’s really close to Disney World and Disney Springs. Nice pool. Chickfila across the street. One word of caution, the building has some issues with tiny sugar ants. Keep food contained if you stay in this building. We kept our food contained and did not notice any ants for the duration of our stay.

Crumbs on the bed, roaches in the kitchen, at least there was a nice balcony view.
The location of the place is great, there is a wonderful view from the balcony, its in good proximity for all of Orlando’s fun spots. The unit itself needs a big update. The apartment smells like thrift store. The worst thing was that the master bed sheets were dirty with crumbs and lots of hair, probably from previous guests. There was cockroaches in the kitchen, which was not pleasant either. Lastly, and this is just a personal issue (take it as you wish): we were not allowed to wear shoes in the apartment, which seems arbitrary given the tile floors and it takes away comfort for our stay. Honestly if the property manager would invest a few dollars on getting new furniture, pest control and good housekeeping; this place would have been amazing!

The condo was clean and the listing is accurate. It is very close to Disney. There is easy access to Highway 4.The front of the condo location is very busy but don't be fooled. Looking out from the balcony across the lake is very calming. You do not hear the traffice noise at all. I would highly recommend this location!

This unit was very nice as it appears to be one of the more updated units. The location was excellent for our purposes; right across the street from our team members, close to many essentials/businesses including the outlet mall, and easy access to the OCCC which is where we spent most of our time. The view from the balcony was lovely. We enjoyed our morning coffee there, basking in the peaceful setting. The kitchen is large and well equipped with cooking tools. You will definitely need to stock the pantry if you intend to do a lot of cooking however. The property is a bit dated but mostly well maintained. Hold your breath when you need to use the garbage shoot though. Unfortunately, the fitness room is quite disappointing with sparse equipment, several machines were in bad shape or not in working order. Although we did not have much opportunity to use it, the pool seemed nice but the smaller pools (not sure if they are kiddy/wading pools) were not working and the hot tub was very undersized for a property of this size. When we arrived, we had to ride up the elevator with a big, nasty, leaking bag of garbage that someone had left there. I reported this to the main desk and it was taken care of by the next day. We also ran into a man, whom we later learned was a permanent resident, who was quite unpleasant. He appeared disheveled and felt quite uncomfortable with his behavior being a woman myself. I thought he was a vagrant so I went to the office to report his presence when we learned he lived there. During our stay, any staff we came across were very pleasant. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice, standard condo. If you are used to the amenities and services of something like the Ritz, you might not find this to your standards. It was good for us.
