ABOUT HOOLEIIA HALE: ( Castaway House) The home is a two story townhouse located at the Windsor Island Resort (About 12 Miles from Disney).

This Spacious 5 bedrooms 4 1/2 bath townhome has 4 Upstairs Bedrooms and a loft that serves as a second living room.

Two bedrooms are themed rooms (Wall-E/ Star Wars) with two twin beds in each room.

The Main Bedroom has a king-size bed , crib, full bath, and a work area.

The Guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and full bath.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and Smart TV's.

The Loft area has a 55 Inch TV and a Classic Arcade Machine( Ms. Pac Man, GALAGA). Board games and playing cards.

The washer and dryer are located upstairs in the loft area

The Downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed next to a full bathroom.


Free Wi-Fi.

The pool is heated and set at 84 degrees in the cooler months.
Weber 3 burner gas grill. Heated Pool and Grill is included at no additional cost to you.

The kitchen has a electric stove and oven. A Microwave , Refrigerator Freezer with Ice Maker. A four slice toaster, blender, crock pot, Griddle Panini Press, a Keurig coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, a mixer, and an air fryer.


The living room Smart TV has a cable box and the upstairs loft as well. Go to HDMI 1 input to access the Spectrum Cable box Channels. You can sign in as a guest on all tv's via the Roku platform and enter your total number of stays. Once entered, go to the home section where you can download your personal apps (if not already displayed) to get access to your subscribed streaming services. Your Sign in log in and password will automatically be erased once you check out. Download the Spectrum app, install the app and select agree to view live local and cable tv Broadcast Channels on all the bedroom Smart Tv's. ( No Cable Boxes on all bedroom TV'S).

There is a Crib in the Main bedroom. A pack n play, baby tub, and stroller located in the main bedroom closet.
A maximum of 3 cars are allowed to park per townhome.
There are no specific assigned parking spaces for the Townhouses. Parking availability close to the unit is not guaranteed. It's on a first come basis. No Parking on Grass: Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited. No Pets or parties allowed.
