"One word - FUN!! Incredible movie theater inside. Awesome movie theater poolside. And, a really cool Star Wars themed game room with LED lighting. The home is professionally decorated. It's beautiful, yet very comfortable." Cindy C.

LOOKING for an incredibly fun vacation home to rent? This is it! It has 2 movie theaters (one inside the home and one poolside), a Star Wars themed game room, 3 themed kids' bedrooms, Baby Yoda Playroom (under the stairs), and a private heated south facing pool and spa (heating extra $) with bar, tv, and plenty of seating. PLUS, it's located in Windsor At Westside with its large clubhouse (exercise room, restaurant, bar and arcade), water park, volleyball court, and tennis/basketball court. Also, it's within 15-40 minutes from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, great restaurants and shopping, and the Orlando International Airport.

Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
Yes, there is a BBQ grill. It is rented on a per stay basis. Contact the marketing agent to rent it.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

Beautiful property and neighborhood. Kid and family friendly, and kids had a blast. Internet was a bit slow but that could have been related to the number of occupants. Loved the hot tub, but wanted it a little hotter. I’d definitely stay again and recommend this as a go to property.

Our crew loved the theater room, themed rooms and pool and hot tub!! Condo was very clean & host communicated very quickly when needed. The community pool was overly crowded so we went back to the pool at our condo.

Something for everyone
This house was perfect for multiple families. There was something for everyone - movie theater, games, Xbox, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for eating, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Only suggestion would be consider upgrading some cookware and utensils but we made do with what was available. Loved having 2 washers and dryers so we could travel home with clean clothes! Communication and responsiveness were top notch. This is our 3rd year visiting FL staying with 10+ people in one house and our most favorite house we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend this home!

We came together for a family vacation. We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and fun for our whole family. The few issues we had were addressed so quickly and politely. Keith was a Super host to deal with. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house.

This is a must stay
Where do I begin. This house is so amazing beautiful and spacious. We really had a great time. The check in was easy. The theater room, game room, projector over the pool and the tv outside was a hit. We didn’t wanna leave. The owners of the house responds immediately The property manager responds immediately also. Any problems I had I would reach out and they would respond so quickly. The only thing I would add to the house is maybe more pots lol but we worked with what we had and it was a great stay. I give this house 100 I will definitely stay here again.

Overall the property is really great but there was a few things that’s was not right. There was no toilet paper. As well the garbage can did have loose garbage that was in there when we arrived. And also there was a few things broken that was not caused by us by overall property was great communication is amazing the service is really bad as well that was our only issue but will definitely rent again

The house was beautiful & we had a great time! We had 14 in our family party, a 7 year old up to a 67 year old. There was so much to do at the house we only went to a Park one of the days we were here.

Great house for a group
Distance to the Disney parks was ok about 25-35 minutes and you could avoid I4. House was very clean and had great amenities. It lacked some kitchen items (plastic cups/plates for kids). Keith was very responsive with all questions. Neighborhood is very busy with cars and we unfortunately experienced 2 nights of very loud, rowdy neighbors 2 doors down past the 10p.m. quiet time. Garbage disposal needed repaired and it was taken care of very quickly. 2 sets of washer/dryer was amazing. Having the table set with all the dishes was not preferred but looked nice.

Overall Nice Stay
Me and my family had a nice time while staying in this home, there were a few problems but nothing that disrupted our stay. Depending on your phone provider, there is little to no service on this resort, the wifi was in and out throughout our entire stay. The pool and hot tub are very nice but some of the controls/light switches can be confusing. One of the beds on the first floor had a broken bed frame. There was a broken toilet on the second floor, maintenance was there quickly but unfortunately the toilet wasn’t able to be fixed, it needed a replacement. The king bedroom on the second floor has mysterious stains on the rugs, and the door to the bathroom does not close. There are small solvable issues that can easily be fixed, but we still enjoyed our stay at this house.

Great rooms and games and pool for big and little kids. The princess room was perfect! Plenty of entertainment options for adults too. The big clubhouse pool was really first class. It was a short driven to the Disney parks as well.

Spring Break
The house was great but the neighboring noise would give me pause before booking again! Loud neighbors would keep us up until at least 1:30am. The owners/managers were very responsive. When we arrived the theater room was not cleaned very well but the management had cleaning come and took care of it very quickly. The outdoor theater did not work very well and we struggled with it and never actually got it to Work. The house was very loud but the amenities met the description. I would hesitate to rent this house again based solely on the neighboring noise.

Pros this property is very nice. Looks like advertised, people are very friendly responded very quickly to calls. Cons had to make too many calls concerning swimming pool and hot tub heat that we paid for first day great rest of the week horrible. Wi-Fi is horrible we had to go walking down the street to find one or drive out the sub. My family had an amazing time despite not having the use of the pool and hot tub every day. I would rent from them again but maybe in the summer so on fun days at home we can use the pool and don’t have to pay for heat.

Perfect for large families
The good: The house was perfect for a large family gathering and Disney. The layout of the house couldn’t have been better. It had the right sizes and amount of beds needed for our group of 16. The house had some top end finishes too like granite countertops and tiled showers. The rec area had a pool table, air hockey, shuffleboard, and foosball to keep the kids and teens entertained. The patio and pool area were nice. 25 minute drive from the theme parks and there was a gas station close by. The bad: The “good enough” construction company built this house. You see flaws like a bathroom door unable to shut all the way because the door was misaligned and having only half the toilet paper roll holder stay in the wall because the drywall screw is busted and stripped out. The rec area game tables are on the lower end of quality as well as most of the furniture, but this is a rental house and the owners are taking a lot of risk. If you treat it kindly it will return the favor. WiFi was spotty with the numberous devices. Small driveways and no garage (it became the theater room). None of these things were to the point of giving less than 5 stars. Overall: I would definitely rent this place again because of the location and layout of the house alone for a large group.

AMAZING place to stay!
Overall, an AMAZING place to stay! Images in the listing are spot on with what to expect when you arrive, and there was plenty of space for our group of 11. Kids loved Swimming Pool with the Movie Screen and Game Room was go to place to Chill..The rooms were comfortable and well maintained..Kids had fun sleeping in the theme rooms..We would definitely consider staying here again.

Noise disappointment..
My family and I have been renting on this resort neighborhood since it’s opened - the last time being January of 2020. Wow, enormous change in growth and capacity!!!! But not to the renters benefit:(. Everything was just perfect for our family - amazing in fact!!!! The house was everything as advertised and more!!!! The home theater was a huge hit for us as well as the awesome 2nd floor gaming area..Our only disappointment and numerous complaints to the resort would be the noise levels at all hours of the night..we of course had a house on each side of us and homes right behind us with pools butting up against your own. We as a family are all about having a great time (it is vacation☺️) however, music and large amounts of people partying outside on all sides of you makes it next to impossible to enjoy the amazing amenities this home has outside as well, not to mention sleep if you enjoy to get up in the morning to spend the entire day in parks!!! (I would scrap the movie projector above the pool) next to impossible to enjoy the outside pool area:(. The attention to guests for any specific need or request was addressed right away! We would definitely stay here again but would not pay extra to heat the pool as only 2 of our kids were in the pool the 1st day and that was it because of super inappropriate music at times and the amount of people in your backyard.
