Guests will have exclusive access through the front of the house where you will have a keyless entry on the door. You will receive a unique, 4-digit code prior to your stay for secure entry.

The entire house and pool are accessible.

PARKING:

There are 2 designated parking spots in front of the home. Additional parallel parking spaces are available throughout the community with parking passes.

Parking passes for any additional vehicles will be issued by the front gate/clubhouse.


RESORT INFORMATION:

Guests will have to present a driver's license or ID at the gate to access the property. You will be registered by the host upon booking completion.

As of June 2024, you and your party will have access to the resort clubhouse and its amenities for a flat fee of $38 total (per party, not per guest) payable at the clubhouse.

⫸ Smoking including cigarette/vaping/e-cigarettes/marijuana etc. is STRICTLY prohibited indoors and within patio screened areas. (smoking is allowed only in non-covered spaces outside the property)
⫸ Please refrain from bringing additional guests to sleep on the premises without prior permission from host or an updated reservation.

⫸ To be courteous to other guests who might have allergies, we respectfully ask that you do not allow your pets on the furniture at any time and are kenneled when they are left home alone.
⫸ Dogs be kept on a leash outside for safety of neighbors.
⫸ Please pick up any and all dog waste in the front and backyard immediately. Subject to additional cleaning charges for left behind dog waste both indoors or outdoors. (Dog waste bags will be provided)
⫸Please note that any damage caused by pets will be at the expense of the pet owner.
⫸No additional pets on the property unless explicitly agreed upon. Just send us a message first so we can approve!
⫸Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am to respect our neighbors.

⫸Pool Rules (as stated also on sign):
-No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
-Shower before entering the pool
-No animals in pool or on pool deck
-No food or glassware in pool or on pool deck
-No diving or running
-No boisterous or rough play
-All children of all ages shall not use pool without a parent or adult guardian in attendance for proper supervision and safety


⫸Please clean Blackstone griddle after each use. (Subject to additional cleaning charges if left unclean). Cleaning instructions below:
-Use the metal spatula provided to scrape any leftover pieces of food into a garbage bin and foil drip pan in the back. Dispose of foil drip pan and replace with new provided.
-Removing residue can be difficult, ok to sprinkle water to allow steam to help scrape off any stuck-on residue.
-Turn off the griddle and turn off gas to start cooling process.
-Once cool, using paper towel with scraper, wipe until dry.


⫸Trash is collected every morning. Please place tied trash & flattened cardboard boxes/tied recycling bag in the brown bin located outside by the front door.
⫸ An exterior ring camera (audio and video) is installed at the front entrance of our home and an outdoor screen patio door camera (not facing the pool) for 24/7 safety, security, and privacy.
⫸ If the Ring camera or other camera malfunctions during your stay, a maintenance person may arrive (with prior notice) to fix the devices.
⫸If maintenance needs to come by, they will not enter the home unless absolutely necessary. You will be informed in advance if their visit coincides with your stay and it will be scheduled at a time most convenient for you.

⫸We welcome both you and up to 2 dogs! We unfortunately cannot allow cats at this time.
⫸For dog owners, we offer a dog-friendly listing for your furry friends.
⫸There is a one time flat fee of $75 per pet for the entire stay (not per night) for up to 2 pets.
