Centrally located Near Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld, ESPN, Margaritaville, Legoland, Celebration and also between International airports Orlanda & Tampa, and interstate highways. This is a beautiful 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom pool home featuring off-street parking and multiple layers of a home security system. . Two King bedrooms and two twin bedrooms,each with two twin beds. Large screened-in pool and spa area. The kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, pots, pans, and dishes as well as coffee/tea cups, a coffee maker and an icemaker in the double-wide refrigerator. Also in this home for complimentary use of the guest are duel washing machines and duel clothes dryers. Wifi and all other comforts are to be enjoyed in this easy to access, NO- STAIRS to be climbed vacation home. This home is pet-free & smoke-free. The floors are about half tile and half carpet.

Privately owned and operated by Mike & Ashley, you are not dealing with an anonymous vacation rental company. We have been in this private vacation home business at this location since 2016. The home is maintained by a local & licensed small cleaning company. They have clean and current background checks, are non-smoking and quick to respond to guest concerns. Nobody will be accessing this home while you are staying here unless you ask for a visit.
Not always necessary, pool heat is available for a nominal fee. Please do not hesitate to contact us through VRBO with any questions or requests!

OVER PRICED AND IN NEED OF A DEEP CLEANING
This property is aged and over priced. Could also use a good painting and at a minimum have the furniture cleaned. Loaded with stains. MOLD! Black mold through out the home. The outside pool screen was all green hairy mold spores. Ceiling leaked. Video games do NOT work and the garage is way too hot to play any games in. Small amount of appliances in the kitchen. Spa was extremely cold for Florida. To a point of shivering after sunset when you sat in it. Jets to spa did not work properly. Owner assured me when I was booking the place that he keeps the temperature at 87. No way was that spa/pool 87. Getting in and out of the driveway was impossible with the neighbors blocking the driveway and parking on the street. WiFi blew out in a storm and the property manager had to enter the home while we were away to the amusement parks, three days in a roll. WiFi could not even handle two phones. You pay a cleaning fee however, they want you to vacuum everyday. No local TV channels. Owner would only addressed WiFi issue when contacted and not any other issues.

NICE but felt like I was on eggshells
I have stayed at many places both in the states and out. I totally understand how some people can or have ruined a person's home. However getting an email that will several paragraphs long telling me the rules and stipulations and then at the end of the paragraphs a summary was one thing but then seen everything written again in the house and by a lot of different items on what I shouldn't do. A fee if we don't take out the trash that's okay I get it, a fee if we leave something in the dishwasher and don't put things back in the cabinet. I usually do this no problem but to be told to do it is one thing and most owners just tell you to start the washer. We were told to wash all the towels, sweep the floors so that they look very clean. I'm assuming to all that they would have to do is be mopped which is fine if it look like they were mopped before. They said not to leave anything in the refrigerator on the counter and I left four bottles of water that I texted to make sure it was okay. There was slight stains and I say slight on the cream colored kitchen chairs and I was worried that they were going to think that I did it. It was also slight stains and I say slight on the sofa and again I worried that I would be blamed and charged. A wall scrape behind the kitchen table will they think it was me? The bathroom slightly dirty will they think it was us but we cleaned it before we used. The pole to the fence that goes to the pool was not properly attached/ installed, would I be bl

Wonderful location and great place
The home was located in perfect location for Disney, Universal, and privacy. We chose a home inatead of a resort because we would get enough peopling during the day and wanted peace and quiet at night. This place was perfect for that! Our adult and almost adult kids loved the layout of the home. They could be social and still have provacy. The hot tub was a little finicky but still worked ok. We would definitely stay agin!

Bring your own towels and kitchen items
House was like pictured I knew it was dated so that wasn’t a surprise. What I was not expecting was only 4 pool towels were provided, wash clothes and towels over all were poor quality and in the kitchen NO STAPLES were provided. I’ve stayed at other properties several time and they at least have a few coffee pods, cooking spray and a few spices and normal kitchen items. There was 1/2 thing of salt and pepper and nothing else. They did give a roll of paper towels and some dish soap and plenty of trash bags. Internet didn’t work and had no cell service in the property so I contacted the manager and he gave me a new connection that worked better so we could watch a movie. We also paid to heat the pool (which needed a good cleaning) the temp of pool was fine but the “hot tub” jets barely worked and it was colder than the pool. Overall, stay was fine but place needs a good cleaning and updated towels and Kitchen items. (Things I wish I would have known to prepare for)

It was okay
My heating that I paid for didn’t work the whole weekend the pool net was broken there were dead bugs all around the pool area the hot tub didn’t even bubble there was mold growing on the outside net the pool area looks nothing like the picture must be when they first got the home host didn’t fix the issue just asked me if it was cold night before and didn’t respond after I told him it wasn’t working, wasn’t accommodated no apology no nothing . It was hard for me to even get the check in information I had to keep going the Vrbo just to get responses from host . Nothing in the garage room worked we couldn’t play the video games or air hockey it was plugged in but not cutting on . I wouldn’t recommend at all .the only thing I can say we’re good about this stay were the beds and the rabbits we were able to see outside .

Quiet and right distance from every park
We had a beautiful time staying at this location. It is very modest humble home very quiet, peaceful neighborhood and it was just the right amount of distance to each park. Great restaurants nearby Uber is very fast for food in the area. I definitely would stay here again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here! Michael made a fantastic host, and His home did not let us down. We appreciated how effectively he spoke with us and the location was perfect for food places, Wal-Mart, and only about 15 minutes to the Disney Parks. Definitely did not disappoint for our daughter's birthday trip to Disney.

Fantastic Location!
Great property. Clean property close to everything. We were there for four nights going to Disney with the kids. In the past we have stayed at Disney properties but this is much better. The kids appreciated having their own rooms, and it was convenient to make meals before heading to the parks. The house is close enough that we could come back in the afternoon for a break from the park and to swim in the pool. The owner, Mike, was excellent to work with and was available for all of our questions that came up. This is a place that we will return to the next time we visit the parks!

Great idea place for a Disney vacation
Clean and well equipped. Lots of little touches like filters for the coffee maker and soap for the sink. Mike was fabulous with communication and super responsive. Close to Disney and just off 192 highway with many options for shopping and dining. Best part was the off-street parking, which made it easy to take groceries into the home and NO STAIRS TO CLIMB (yea !!!) The pool behind the home has a nature preserve across the back of the property which made it nice for private swimming.
