This spectacular property offers self-catering accommodation option for families looking for the perfect place to spend their days while enjoying all the attraction parks, restaurants & bars, shopping malls, outdoor activities, and more. Housed in the gated community of Compass Bay, guests can enjoy the short distance to access major highways- Osceola Parkway, US 192, 417, SR 535, I-4, and International Drive. The community's facilities consist of two gazebos with picnic areas and BBQ's, two kids' playgrounds, and a great heated swimming pool.

Sitting and dinning rooms share an open-space with the fully-equipped kitchen that faces the private courtyard with outdoor furniture to enjoy Florida's warm nights. A half-bathroom is also found on the main floor.
The upper floor consists of two master bedrooms with KingSize bed with en-suite bathroom. Along the hallway guests can find the two other bedrooms with two TwinSize beds each and kids' theme décor. These last bedrooms can share a bathroom with walk-in showers found along the hallway. The washer/dryer area is also on this hallway.

- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
