You are welcome to enjoy your holiday in this Beautiful Villa, in an amaizing place. The most popular vacation destination in Orlando, Florida is Champions Gate. The Oasis Clubhouse has lazy river, water-slide, kids splash park, restaurant, fitness center, yoga classes, movie room, cabanas, tiki-bar and is very close to the villa, just a short walking distance. Don't loose the opportunity to be in Champions Gate, you have also golf, tennis and volleyball courts.
Champions Gate is close to Disney World and also close to the major highways like US 192 and I4.
This wonderful house is brand new, with 6 luxurious bedrooms, with the following distribution: 1 King bedrooms downstairs, 1 King bedroom upstairs, 2 Queen bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 twin bed and one bedroom with two bunk beds and spacious living space, private pool and spa, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, grill/barbecue, (I DONT PROVIDE GAS)and more. You will have unforgettable moments with your family and friends. I am very welcome to bring my personal and excellent services any time.
Very important to know: No smoking in the house and no pets.Pool heating is extra and optional service. It’s $50 per day and it can be on minimum for 3 days. Also it’s needs to be on at least two days before arriving.

Very spacious/ gated community
Very spacious house. Our group of 13 had tons of space (6 bed and 6 baths). We had some issues checking in but it was resolved quickly. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked big breakfast. We also had an issue with hot water one day but it was fine 90% of the time. The supplies were somewhat minimal, we had to buy paper towels, additional toilet paper, trash bags.. AC worked well. Swimming pool was tiny. We were able to park 2 cars in driveway, we pulled one in the garage and one parked on the road (didn’t seem to be an issue.). We were about an hour from Busch gardens and 30 mins from sea world. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Could use new pillows. Quiet neighborhood despite being very large. Would stay again and recommend.

Love the space
The house was beautiful spacious and had great hot water. There was plenty to do in the clubhouse and a Publix on both sides of us which made it convenient for shopping for meals and little things you’ll need for this house. We had great game nights at the large living room areas and the kitchen was big enough for us to have Buffet style meals. My only inconvenience is there were ants on the stairs. We had to use bug spray in the downstairs bathroom as well for random water bugs. We also didn’t have one wash cloth or dish rag in the whole 6 bathroom house. But over all we had the best time. And those few issues were easily fixed with a quick run the store. The check in process was easy and fast. The people at the front gate aren’t the friendliest but we only had to deal with them once. Me and my family get together like this every year so we would be more than happy to return next year and for years to come.

Awesome location
Awesome location!!! The amenities Champions Gate offers were great- from the common areas, public pools for community and slides to coming back to the house to our own private pool. House was spacious. The house could be cleaner. Within the kitchen it lacked having enough cups, silverware for our group which was 9 people but house was for 15+ people. Some basic cooking essentials needed (cookie sheet, platters, pitchers, casserole dish). Though the listing said they do not supply propane for the grill, the grill was absolutely disgusting! There were 2 empty tanks, one hooked to the grill- but we couldn’t even get it off it was on so tight. So the grill was a wash that week- but honestly needs to be replaced. The patio furniture could use replacement too. All in all the amenities and spaciousness the house offered were great, it could just use a few upgrades and restock of things that need replacement which are more than likely from overuse.

Great property if updated and cleaned
The house is a great location to the clubhouse. Check in was good. House don’t look to be “truly “ cleaned in who know how long. Serviced cleaned at the best. We rent our places for a month at a time, so we could go into lots of detail.. This place would be awesome if it would be properly cleaned. Needs Updated bedding. Most were stained. It needs New pillows, towels. All are very worn and you can tell. Basic maintenance of the property. We showed up with the fridge shelving broken. We said something never fixed. We had to use a baking sheet for a shelf (which we had to buy since there was no baking stuff) the garbage disposal was broken, they did fix that, but the sink still leaked, and they never came back to fix. The washing machine sounds like it’s going to blow up. The garage is able to be used, but smelt so bad like rotting garbage. The hand rails are about to fall off, and the tax strip of the carpeting are coming through on all edges. Don’t step hard on the stair close to the risers as well as the threshold of upper master bathroom. We stabbed our toes multiple times. I’m not bashing the place. It’s great location, good space, but for the amount of money we paid it could have been updated and cleaned. The pool is nice, the outside also hasn’t been cleaned in how long. The bricks were stained and filthy, the bbq is rotted out. Don’t waste your time. The furniture is very uncomfortable, needs new pads, sun lovers… it only gets morning and early afternoon sun.

Buena estadía
Amplia y acogedora, con todo lo necesario para para sentirse en casa, sin embargo, a pesar de la limpieza, se encontraron cucarachas vivas y muertas, lo cual no fue muy agradable. Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado pero nos resolvieron amablemente la situación. La comunicación muy atenta.

Okay but VERY DIRTY
The house had a perfect layout and location. However; it needs major cleaning and updating. The towels/bedding were old and stained, the pillows were disgusting, the stair railing was broken, there were old takeout containers in the fridge, dirty dishes in the cupboard, among other things. Community was awesome, communication was easy, house was spacious. We would stay again ONLY if all the issuess were addressed - the dirtiness definitely outweighed the positives.

Great Friend Vacation
We did have a great time at the house. Lots of amenities and the host was very gracious to let us in early. My only suggestion would to have may be a deep clean of the house, and the pool did not seem real clean at the time of arrival. All and all, great vacation

Family getaway
The house was beautiful and had enough space for my family of 11. However, a gameroom and pool table in the garage will be a great addition. We noticed a few bugs in one of the bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen could use bigger trash bags. Lastly, drivers' names need to be registered with night security otherwise there are issues with entering the property. The QR codes don't work as the scanner lane is blocked in the evenings by Champion Gate's security.

The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our extended family of 9. The large kitchen-dining-living room area was perfect for us to hang out. The kids spent most of their time in the heated pool & hot tub. When they weren’t in the pool, they loved the upstairs living room. The owner was great to work with. She was quick to respond to texts when we had questions about how to operate the pool heater. The check in was easy. I highly recommend this property and owner.

Great place
I was a little concerned on the cleanliness after reading some reviews but the house was spotless when we arrived. There was plenty space for the 15 of us. There were pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker and even an air fryer. It’s about a 30 minute drive to the Themeparks. Some parts of the house could use repairs but nothing that affected our stay.

Your cleaning service need to do better dirty dishes, dirty pillows on couches and on the patio furniture, dead roaches in 1 of the showers and you said start the washer but we didn't see any laundry soap

-No blinds on downstairs sliding door so anyone can see in -Incorrect door code (fixed with a quick call) -Roaches in the bedrooms -Incorrect Wi-Fi information (had to look for the box) -Roaches in the kitchen -Dirty/used sponges left behind -Roaches in the pantry -No pool towels -Roaches in the pool -Barely any bath towels -Roaches in the bathroom -Dismissive & unprofessional host -Filthy floors -Mattresses thin, pillows like paper -Great amount of space -Pool was dirty Host response: I was the issue.. and she was glad I was leaving (That made two of us) since I was complaining so much. ** I am not the only one to complain about roaches, simply check other reviews. Told I was getting a partial refund, haven't received it. Not holding my breath though. Enjoy :)

Family holiday of a lifetime! Beautiful villa!
I have to say after reading some reviews, I was a little worried before we arrived but I didn't need to be at all! The villa is huge, I don't think the photos do it justice at all! Before we even arrived, Maireddy let us know there was a leak and the plumber would be coming the morning after we arrived! This didn't affect us at all and the plumber had come and gone before we even realised! The pool was lovely and warm. The kitchen was fully stocked with more pots and pans than I've seen anywhere else I've stayed! Yes there was the odd bug but as a brit, these are completely normal on holidays when we visit hot countries! We just popped them outside, without a thought! This trip was a once in a lifetime trip with 6 adults and 2 children, but if we ever had the opportunity to come back, we would stay without a doubt! Amazing communication and memories made we will never forget! Thankyou so much!

Worst experience
Listing showed nice pictures, but different upon close look. All furnishing are dated with smudges and stains. Dead roach at pool side and dirty pool water. Pool floor needs good pressure washing. Pipe busted on our second day arrival. The game room was flooded. The property management kept asking me to send pictures and expect me to locate leak. She then unable to contact plumber on a Friday night. Told me initially not to use any water and will contact me once she has someone. We waited 2-3 hours and I had to call her to see if we are able to use water or someone was coming. Then she said that she only meant for me not to use laundary machine. She then said she will call me ahead for the plumber arrival. No one contacted me ahead of time and the plumber came and fixed the issue. The game room was left in a mess. We did not use the game room the rest of the trip. The listing picture showed that pool was facing open area, but in fact the pool was surrounded by neighboring pools with close proximity. We had loud neighbors that partied 2-3am in the morning during the weekend. Could not get any sleep. We had to end our trip early due seeing roaches crawling inside the house. The whole time the property management were not apologetic about the problems at the house.

Wonderful family vacation
We enjoyed the beautiful home. All was as described. Plenty of room for my family and we really enjoyed having a pool to ourselves, though the family visited the club house several times as well. The only misunderstanding I had was on the hot tub jets. We did use them one day, having been exhausted from all the day trips while in Orlando. I know the contract mentioned not to touch the pool controls. We misunderstood the difference between pool and spa (hot tub)controls and therefore turned the jets on. I did reach out to the owner, the same day, to verify that was ok. She advised that the jets are considered the pool controls. I apologized and paid for the day of usage. None of us have a pool so did not realize it was all the same. I did suggest a sign put up for other guests not to touch the dial, as it’s an added fee. The issue was handled properly and professionally. If I had one suggestion, it would be a sign near the dial of the jets. We very much enjoyed our stay and was very happy with the accommodations. Thank you for a wonderful time. We’d love to consider another trip sometime in the future.

So Much Potential
We arrived and the house looked fairly modern and chic, now as we did a walk through found several things that were definitely not up to part. The main door had a hole in the bottom think something went through it, all the dressers and counter tops were dirty and dusty. A majority of the vertical blinds in the dining room were missing, there were dead bugs throughout the house the last night there was a giant waterbug in one of the rooms. One of the bunkbed bars had tape around it. When We got there the pool was dirty, green around the bottom and full of leaves, some of the screens were broken, popped balloons throughout the backyard. one of the foot of the sofa was bent, one of the chairs at the dining table was missing screws someone almost fell when they went to sit down. We did contact the property manager, She did send someone for the pool the following morning but everything else was not. Disappointed. This happens more often then not with these rental properties no one keeps up with the maintenance.
