So dissapointed with this condo and the response to our issues. Arrived after a long travel day and were greeted with mold on one shower curtain and yellow stains on the other. Carpets stained, curtains stained, lights not working, lamp all tattered, no extra blankets, towl rack that fell off the wall when a towel was placed on it and a lot of paint chips in the Mickey themed room. I could go on and on. I felt catfished by the pictures. The Mickey themed beds were so uncomfortable that 2 people had to sleep on the sofa instead. I sent a message right away about our concerns and 2 days later a man showed up with 2 extra blankets, a new shower curtain and 8 new pillows which we didn't ask for. He didn't speak a word of English and we had to communicate (unsuccessfully) via a translator app on his phone. I was mainly asking for something to be done about the 2 beds in the Mickey room, foam or something needed to be put on them to make them sleepable. My message was ignored. Then on our second last night, the lock wasn't working and we had no choice but to stay in the condo until someone responded the next day. I have been staying at Windsor Hills for 14 years and have never been so dissapointed by a property and lack of support like this before.
