The Club House pool is currently closed for remodeling until March 1st. We have a brand new pool area with 2 Pools, a Pool Bar, and a Kid's Splash pad, only an 8-minute walk or a 2-minute drive (ample parking available) from the Club House. Arcade, Fitness Center, and Main Lobby remain open.

Vista Cay is located on Universal Boulevard, in the heart of Orlando's Attraction and Convention Business District. Our location and accommodations have the best of what Orlando has to offer at a great price. Conveniently close to all of Orlando’s greatest attractions, shops and restaurants, but removed just enough to provide you with a peaceful getaway.
- 9 minutes to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (directly down Universal Blvd, no turns!)
- 5 minutes to Sea World. (You can see the fireworks from this Resort!)
- 2 minute drive or approximately 20 minute walk to the North/South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center (convenient location for convention center guests!)
- 15 minutes drive to Orlando International Airport (MCO)

This luxurious condominium, boasting over 1,300 square feet, is tastefully decorated, and fully furnished with everything you need to call this your home away from home, for families and conventioneers alike!

*On-Site 24 Hour Check-In Desk and Guest Services located at the club house, exclusively provided by us at Vista Cay Resort Direct by Millenium Management.
*Bag Drop Service, located at the Club House. Showers and changing rooms are available. Arriving early or departing late? Feel free to use this service for your convenience. This amenity is also exclusively provided by us here at Vista Cay Resort Direct by Millenium Management.
*Parking up to 6 cars during your stay. Electric Vehicle EV Charging Stations Available on property for a low fee via ChargePoint and another Service.
*Unlimited Access to all of the Resort’s Amenities including: Large Resort Pools (2 Pools, Heated during the winter months), Hot Tubs (2), Full Pool Bar, Fitness Center, 1.5 mile Jogging Trail Around the Lake, Conference Room Available on First Come First Serve Basis, Arcade Room, Playground, Kiddie Pool, Showers and Changing Rooms, Basketball Court, and Picnic Areas with BBQ Grills.
*Gated Community with On Site Security Patrol
*High Speed Internet Wifi (at 200 MBPS!) and Cable TV in Every Room! (All rooms have flat screen TVs! At least 32 inches in the bedrooms, and 42 inches or larger in the Living Room.)
*Starter Kit of Shampoos, Dish and Clothes Detergent, Paper Towels, and Trash Bags etc. After these supplies are used, everything else needed during your stay is self serve. If you need an item or two more, we will be happy to provide them for you at the service desk, located at the club house (There is a Gift Shop at the club house, Walgreens on Property, or Publix Shopping Center next door for all your additional toiletry and home supply needs)
*Sheets, Bedding, Bath and Pool Towels are in every unit.
*Large Washer and Dryer in every unit.
*Optional Daily Clean Service for an additional fee. (please inquire at the front desk during check in for daily or periodic clean services)

DRIVE TIMES to your favorite attractions and POIs:
- 15 minute drive from the Airport (all highway)
- 15 minutes to Disney (all highway)
- 9 minutes to Universal and Islands of Adventure (straight down Universal Blvd.)
- 5 minutes to Sea World. (You can see the fireworks from this Resort!)
- 2 minutes to the North/South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center
- 50 Minutes to the nearest Beach, Cocoa Beach. (all highway)
- 10 Minutes to Both Prime Outlet Malls in Either Direction.

Pet Policy:
Vista Cay Community HOA allows dogs under 35 lbs only.
2 dogs maximum allowed per unit.
(No other types of pets are allowed to stay at Vista Cay)
$99 per pet, per stay
This fee goes to the cleaning company to perform the deep cleaning required for the health and safety of future guests.
Any potential, incidental damage caused by said pet(s) will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file.
There is no fee for service animals.
A pet fee is still required for all ESA dogs.
If an unauthorized pet is discovered, a $250 charge will be added to the guest's credit card on file for pet-friendly units or potential immediate cancelation of the reservation and no refund for non-pet-friendly units.

HIGH CHAIR AND PACK AND PLAY RENTAL:
High Chairs and Pack and Plays are available upon request.
The rental price for each is $10 a day + tax.
This charge goes towards the purchase, delivery, upkeep, and sanitization of the items :)

Great Stay.
Had a great stay. Good location. Clean. Master bath shower leaks, no big deal. Ants in kitchen, no worries. Safe and clean. Pool a 2 minute walk, and they are building another pool as well. Easy to Universal. Publix next door. Would stay again.

Mediocre Stay
Pictures of the property were accurate but it wasn’t very comfortable. The couch is extremely hard and very uncomfortable to sit on same goes for the chair. There are four tvs total, one for each bedroom and one for the living room but only 2 LG remotes. The blinds didn’t work at all, they were either missing the stick to open and/or missing the string to pull up. No throw blankets. Didn’t have a baking sheet (just bought one and left it there!) The shower door on the main bedroom leaked terribly as mentioned in other reviews. It was spacious! Didn’t have enough towels. Had only 6 towels for a 3 unit property. Had to buy a couple of towels and leave them there. The worst part was the pool near the unit was closed every day mid afternoon. I took a picture of it in the afternoon and sent to the property manger asking why they are closed during the day and was told this is a common practice for Florida. We travel to Florida regularly 2-3 times a year for 15 years and never had a pool closed during the day other than for weather. If anything this pool should have remained open due to the extreme heat during July (temps near 100-105). The main pool and bar is a 10-15 min walk crossing a major road/highway or 5 min drive but there’s really not enough parking if driving. I would have given this resort a solid 3 stars but giving only 2 stars due to the pool situation and the response. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for the cost. There are better options for the cost.

Over all it was great. There was a few things missing in the condo like remotes and the fire stick. The refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser didn’t work. Also, I would suggest adding more kitchen towels and spatulas.

Great condo to rent in Orlando!
We had a great stay at Vista Cay Resort and I highly recommend if you are staying in the Orlando area. Condo was like brand new and very comfortable. Beds were comfy, nice TV's, spacious and everything we needed was provided. Great to have large washer/dryer as well. This building was the new phase and was gated with a pool in walking distance. It was a short drive to the main building where the larger pool and amenities (bar, food, gym, arcade, playground) were located. Plus side of of this location was that we were in walking distance of the Publix, along with several good restaurants. The Diner was 5 stars and we also ate at the burger place, Chinese and pizza place and all were really good. Only about 3 miles to Sea World and Universal so if you are planning on visiting those parks this condo is perfect. There was a Walmart that was only about 4 miles away too. Absolutely perfect option for families or groups traveling to Orlando and far more reasonably priced than staying on site at one of the parks. We went to Disney last year and stayed at the Beach Club and paid far more, though it was nice to be able to walk to the attractions.

Reserves at Vista Cay
Overall the property was as expected for our six week stay. The weather was amazing!! The property was clean and as described. Great access to the smaller pool, walking path, Publix, and DD. We chose this property because it allowed dogs. They have doggie stations with poop bags located throughout the complex which was super convenient. The outdoor patio is so nice especially in the later afternoon. The beds are comfy and having pool towels is a nice touch. Parking was convenient. When we checked in the woman at the front desk was not friendly at all. I would say that overall the staff was not super friendly. At the larger pool, I ordered and paid for a diet coke but the lady said she could not give me a cup with ice which is how I like to drink it. Thought that was strange. I am not sure if it was the time of year or lack of help, but the grounds around the complex were not very well maintained. Lots of debris, piles of branches, palm leaves, trash etc. This could have been to the hurricane that happened last October. A few things that about the unit that we thought could be improved on are, the furniture in living area is soooo uncomfortable. There is not enough drawer storage in the bedrooms. Nice desk with chair but not practical. The shower in the master bath leaked all the way to the toilet every time we used it. We stayed in the same unit last year and called maintenance to fix it and the guy just chalked around the bottom but that did not work. A year later it still leaks.😖 One last thing, last year we had a cleaning person walk right into our unit twice without knocking. I called and complained and was assured it would not happen again. This year the same thing happened. While I understand that mistakes can be made, the procedures for entering a unit are not being followed. This was the supervisor of the cleaning crew that came in without knocking. The general manager did call me and apologize which I appreciated, but because it happened last year and now this year makes me think that privacy and security of guests is not a top priority. I know that I just complained about several things, but in general we enjoyed our stay there. Thank you

Great location and super clean
The property was super clean and had most of what we needed to get started. Shopping complex within 2 minutes walk had access to everything else needed. Laundry detergent, toilet paper, and trash bags needed to be purchased as there were not enough for the entire stay. The master bathroom did have a major leak under the shower door, which required the use of towels to keep contained. Would have been okay if it was only a couple of nights' stay. However, we had 6 people there for 9 nights. Wish more towels would have been available as we had to wash them daily. Another towel rack in the shared bathroom would be nice as 4 people sharing 1 rack was not ideal. More as an FYI than an issue: Since we used a ride share and did not have a personal vehicle, the checkin process was a little difficult. The Clubhouse to check in was not close to the building. Would stay here again in the future.

Overall very nice property. Pool was clean. Everything was functional. Friendly staff. Everything updated and very clean. You can tell this property pays attention to details. Great location, 10 min from everything! Two things to improve: The hallway smells bad There were tiny bugs on the kitchen counter- I realize this is Florida so we wiped everything down and enjoyed our stay, but definitely spray for bugs.

Good location
Property is as described and showed in photos. Veey comfortable. However unit above we could hear kids running back and forth late at night and very early on mornings. That was only downfall.
