We welcome you to our beautiful & cozy house with 4 bed / 3 bath with Private Pool + Spa. This home has all the amenities necessary for your family and friends to spend a precious and memorable vacation in Orlando.

The Bella Vida Resort is a man gated community. Guests will have full access to club house amenities:

The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen.

**We do not provide water and ice in the fridge**

The bedroom configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1 King size bed
Bedroom 2: 1 King size bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk bed (4 people)
Bedroom 4: 2 Twin bed

The property has a RING doorbell, central air conditioning throughout, free US and Canada calls, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV in all the bedrooms. There is a laundry room, washer and dryer with ironing facilities.

Driveway for parking in front of the property. (4 spots)

** Parking is prohibited on the street and will be subject to towing. It is also prohibited to park trailers, minibuses and jet skis anywhere in the community.


Extra Services:

POOL HEATING: $30 per day (minimum 3 days)

GRILL: $95 with 1st full propane tank and cleaning provided.
Please inquire at least 48 hours in advance.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for garbage collection on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacle (bench) outside the front door. No loose items in trash receptacle or open bags permitted.

Check out: 10 am.
