Summary:
This bright and airy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located in the Palisades Condominiums. This property is conveniently located on the west side of Disney and is just a 10-minute drive away from the park. The suite has a large private patio, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), and in suite laundry machines. Free parking and wifi included! The building has an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and games rooms for our guests to use.

The Space:
This pet-friendly three-bedroom condo is located right off the 192, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, golf courses, shopping spots and entertainment.

Featuring three bedrooms, this condo can host up to 7 guests at a time. There is a large King bedroom with a private patio entrance attached, and sparkling ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a soaker tub and large standing shower as well. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and another patio entrance. The third bedroom is decorated with a Finding Nemo theme, and has a bunk-bed with a single bed on top and a full sized bed on the bottom bunk. All the bedrooms have smart TVs with high speed internet access.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, loaded with high end stainless steel appliances. You'll love the deep double sink, full sized fridge/freezer combo, and large capacity dishwasher. There's lots of room for cooking on the granite countertops, and plenty of cupboard space to keep your snacks handy! There's even elevated kitchen bar seating for anyone who cares to watch while you're cooking up a masterpiece, and also a dining table with space for 4.

The suite is air conditioned, has in suite laundry machines, and there's a large screened-in furnished patio. There's even free onsite parking and complimentary access to the building amenities! Building amenities include a outdoor community pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, games room, fitness center, movie theatre, and meeting rooms.

•There is free parking available in the lot underneath the building, please note this cannot be reserved and is on a first come, first serve basis - with a height restriction of 7.5Ft. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles.

Unit Access:
• As you enter through the main entrance to the lobby, you'll notice hallways with wide clearance and two elevators that would direct you to your unit.

The unit you'll be staying in is situated facing the street. While this provides a great view, we also want to inform you that there might be potential noise due to its location. We're taking proactive steps to minimize any inconvenience. Your understanding is so much appreciated.

Pet Friendly:
• One pet up to 75lbs is very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $99.

We're happy to deliver:
