DISNEY IS 5-7 MILES, UNIVERSAL IS 15-20 MINUTES. ALDI, CVS, RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. UNIT IS ON THE TOP FLOOR (THIRD) IT IS VERY QUIET WITH NO NOISE ABOVE THE UNIT. THERE IS AN ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING. WHEEL-CHAIR ACCESSIBLE. THE UNIT IS 1300 SQ, FT. ALL LINENS AND TOWELS SUPPLIED AND REPLACED FREQUENTLY!

-ROOMS AND FEATURES:
****ENTIRE EXTERIOR OF RESORT HAS BEEN PAINTED AND LOOKS BRAND NEW** Granite counter-tops throughout. The master bedroom features a bronze canopy style king-sized bed. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double sinks and a large soaking tub/ shower combo. There is a walk in closet for your belongings. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom attached with double sinks and a stall shower. There is also a walk in closet in the bedroom. There is a balcony with a table and four chairs and chaise lounge for relaxing!

-RELAXING, BEAUTIFUL AND FUN:
Just a few steps to plush clubhouse with pool and hot tub. Clubhouse has pool table, foosball, video games and kitchen with large lounge with a big screen TV. Pool is not heated the water may be cooler at certain times. A workout room is also included.
THE AREA AND AMENITIES:
THE RESORT IS SET BACK AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE AND VERY QUIET, YET CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! THERE IS MUCH TO DO IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA.
ALDI and Dollar Tree at Cane Island corner stores, now open and within walking distance!!
**OLD TOWN** Less Than two miles has Shoney's restaurant and Bobby's garage bar!! Old Town has shopping, restaurants and Saturday night cruise night. CELEBRATION IS OFF OF RT192, THERE ARE MANY SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS AND A BEAUTIFUL LAKE.

Comfortable and conveniently located
The condo was as advertised, well located in a gated community and close to the Disney theme parks. Check-in was easy and Michele and Ron were prompt to respond to any questions we had. The condo was comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We felt very comfortable and safe throughout our stay and would definitely stay in this condo again in our next trip to Orlando.

A great stay!
We had a great stay here! The place was so quiet which we loved and so clean. There was plenty of space and the photos matched. We really loved how the pool and clubhouse were so close. We also had everything in walking distance such as coffee, restaurants and shops. This was the perfect spot for us to stay while visiting our family in Orlando. The bus also takes you to Epcot and Disney springs which is only a 5 minute walk away! Lastly the hosts are amazing and always responded with any questions we had!Would recommend this place especially if you are looking for something more quiet and relaxed! You can tell Michele and Rob truly care about their guests!

Second Visit to an excellent condo near the parks!
This condo is excellent! We have stayed here twice and will be back again! The split floor plan is perfect for our family with older teenagers. We love having access to a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer too. The pool is rarely busy and the 3rd floor unit means no upstairs neighbors when you need sleep! The unit is exactly as advertised and the owners are very attentive! Highly recommend this home away from home!

AAU Volleyball Tournament
I stayed with a friend while attending the AAU Volleyball Tournament. The location was great—easy 25-30 minute commute to the OCCC. Appreciated the gated community aspect and felt relatively safe because of that. The condo was very clean and very well stocked. The property managers/owners were in constant communication prior to check in. We were very grateful for that and found checking in very easy. They even made sure to explain where/when to park while there was construction on the parking lot. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Condo
We stayed in Ron & Michelle’s condo for a week while in town for the AAU volleyball national tournament. We had a excellent experience! Ron and Michelle are perfect host with exceptional communication! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! You can’t beat this location!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ron and Michele were great to deal with right from the start. We stayed for a month and had everything we needed and more. Tastefully decorated, comfortable bed, very clean and looked exactly as it did in the photos. All the little extras make all the difference! Very convenient location with walking distance to Aldi for groceries and even to Old Town and a variety of great restaurants. Golfing was very close as well. Family Vacation
We stayed at Michele and Ron’s place for 6 days for a family vacation. We had everything we needed in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were a short walk from Aldi which helped us to save money on eating out. The beds were comfortable and clean and even though we didn’t have the best weather, we really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub as well. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place!

Besides the broken chain lock reported earlier, saw excessive dust under the beds, controller for the main tv could not turn it on or off and the windows could use a cleaning. Otherwise a pleasant stay.
