This property at the Westgate Lakes Resort in Orlando could be best characterized as “fine”. The master suite was comfortable with a king size bed, massive whirlpool tub, and a large shower.
The second bedroom included two full beds and it’s own bathroom with large shower. All beds were clean and comfortable with adequate bedding and extra blankets/sheets if needed. However, the secondary bedroom was not at all as pictured in this listing.
The remaining spaces (living room and kitchen) were serviceable but it was evident the appliances, cookware, and couches were original to this property and could use a refresh in the immediate future.
I would’ve liked to have had a more robust assortment of kitchen goods (namely a cookie sheet and pizza wheel since we had pizza one evening) and I don’t feel like the dishwasher got a lot of dishes “clean”.
My trip centered around multiple days at Universal Studios with family so we didn’t spend a ton of time at the resort in the room. That being the case, I would categorize the property as “fine”.
I would advise future guests to read the fine print of the listing and any info from Westgate regarding wi-fi access fees, on-site water park access fees, etc.
While those oversights were on my part, it was still an annoyance to discover additional fees and charges for amenities that are typically included with a rental.
I enjoyed my trip but I will not be staying at this resort again.
