The Space:
The name of our property is Alexander Palm and it is a spacious 3014 square foot vacation home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A perfect combination of size and functionality, this home offers a spacious double-height great room located adjacent to the kitchen with island, creating a true open concept living space. Located right outside, you will find the heated pool and pool deck where you will spend plenty of time soaking up the Florida sun. Overlooking the pool, you will find a luxury master suite with private master bath located on the first floor along with 1 guest bedroom and bathroom. As you move up to the second floor, you will be greeted by a large bonus room, perfect for fun activities or a family game night. Last but not least a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms and 2 guest bathrooms will give your guests a good night's sleep before starting another day full of fun in the sun. Guest Access:
• Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry.
• We understand that your furry friends are part of the family too, which is why we offer a dog-friendly stay for an additional fee of $300 per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
• Parking is very easy with driveway space for 3-4 cars.
• We are pet friendly! Dogs are allowed for $300 per stay (up to 2 dogs). $75 per dog after 2.
• We ask that all dogs be crate trained and that you clean up after them.
• Quiet hours by city: 23:00-07:00
