Close to all Amusement Parks

Amazing views, quiet, and I'm definitely going to come back. I honestly can't think of a better location just outside of DW, close enough to Universal and so many other locations of interest. The host was top notch and spent the extra time to ask me multiple times if I needed anything. Hot tip..., if your checking out and need a place for your luggage.., the condo's reception area has got you covered until your flight. This allowed us to enjoy the DW park until we had to leave and to not worry about luggage all day long on our last day.

Great Orlando Area Stay

My family and I had a great stay here. The property was exactly as expected, the pool was fun for the kids, the beds were comfortable, and the views were amazing. From the large balcony door/windows, the sunrise was stunning. From the balcony outside the apartment, the view of Epcot and Magic Kingdom's fireworks was so fun.We visited Universal, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Magic Kingdom and the driving distance was great for all.The place was clean and bright and Josh was communicative and helpful. We had two adults, and two kids (11 and 14) and we would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful Condo!!!

The condo was perfect for our family trip to Disney World and SeaWorld!!! First off, JUST WOW to the lake view on the 18th floor, beautiful sunsets, and was able to watch fireworks each night. We had putt-putt, a heated pool, hot tub, and bar a few feet from our condo tower. This condo was just minutes to all attractions, restaurants, convenience stores, and outlet shops. It was pristine when we arrived and had everything you would need for your familyā€¦Highly recommend!!!

Great Place!!!

If youā€™re looking for a nice spot in Orlando, this is a nice place to stay at. The view is perfect from this cozy spot. My boys really enjoyed the Buzzlight Year bunk bed. Everything is near, doesnā€™t take much of a drive to get from point A to B. We walked to the place next door where you can have fun and play mini golf. Highly recommend.

We came here for 13U. AAU NATIONALS. It was a perfect distance and had all The amenities we needed for such a busy time. Perfect!!! Host was very accommodating and quick to Respond. Walmart drop off was a perk. Condo Immaculate. Will come back

The best place to stay!

We were so pleased with our stay in Josh and Amyā€™s condo. The condo is clean, the view is amazing, and it was perfectly located near everything we wanted to visit. We watched the Disney fireworks out the front door of the condo and the Universal fireworks from the private balcony. The sunrise view over Lake Bryan is breathtaking. Josh and Amy could not have been more attentive and quick to respond. Perfect stay!!!

Great Host, Great Location

This condo was fantastic and a great place to stay. Essentially, a three bedroom condo with fully stocked everything. We visited Universal Studios and Disney parks which were all close by and super convenient. Canā€™t beat a Chick-Fil-A across the street and a Starbucks in the same parking lot. The residents were friendly and the amenities were good, especially a parking garage. The host was amazing! He made sure we had everything we needed and offered tips and suggestions when I reached out and asked. Good value and I highly recommend! I will be back when we travel to Orlando again.

Perfect location for disney and universal

Location, location, location. Easy to uber to and from parks. All of the disney touches in the condo made it special but not overboard. Pool and tiki bar were great for a little r&r after the parks.

Great Condo Near Disney

Beautifully renovated condo close to Disney. Everything about the stay was convenient and relaxing. The views of the lake from the 18th floor balcony were awesome and very cool pool and dock area down by the lake. Would highly recommend to adults or a family looking to stay in a location near Disney...just keep in mind that the bunk bed in the third bedroom is really sized for kids, but this should be apparent in the pictures! Would absolutely stay in this condo again in a future visit to the area.

Our stay was better than we could have expected. The rental had everything you could need and more. My kids loved all the Disney touches. Everything was very comfortable and we loved the view and the pool. Weā€™ll definitely stay again on our next trip.

Absolute Perfection!

This condo is amazing!!! The owners have clearly done so much work in renovating this unit and adding every adorable Disney touch you could imagine to the decor. The furniture is so comfortable, the beds and pillows were like sleeping on clouds! The TVs in every room were massive and had all the smart apps you could need. The balcony is huge, private, and has a gorgeous view!! The kids absolutely loved the old school video games in the main space and the Toy Story bunk bed area. The heated pool was sublime, and not busy at all, especially considering itā€™s March. The tiki bar for food and drinks was wonderful- giving it a resort vibe without the craziness that comes with the big properties nearby. Itā€™s in a wonderful location, close to everything and you can even watch the fireworks nightly from the balcony by the elevator. By far our favorite vacation rental, we would not hesitate to stay again and again!

We met our son & his family here. Beautiful place, a little to chilly to swim for us but people were in the pools. Definitely everything you would need in the condo. Josh was great checked in on us, even though I didnā€™t see his message tell later. Will Definitely go back and stay again. Thanks for sharing your home with others!

Exceeded Expectations!

Great property. Clean and updated. Kids loved the bunk beds and video games!!! Enjoyed the special touches with the Disney decor. Lots of nice extras that we appreciated. Stroller, car seats, pack and play. Furniture with built in extra plug ins and charging ports. Well equipped kitchen. Paper towels, toilet paper and shampoo. Close to everything. Restaurants, grocery, and pharmacy all nearby. Short ride to Disney and about 15 minutes from the airport or downtown Orlando. Incredible view! We were even able to see the SpaceX rocket as it launched from the Kennedy Space Center (about 40 miles away). Owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Friendly people and responsive w great location for parks

One bathroom was not usable w clogged drain so four adults were limited to one facility to shower and bathe. DW had to be cleaned and left open so dishes didnā€™t have a foul smell. Unfortunately someone didnā€™t know Iā€™d you keep a DW closed, the moisture makes things have a bad odor. Wore flip flops because it appeared the cleaners hasnā€™t mopped the flooring throughout. Other than that, place was comfortable. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Didnā€™t spend much time there except late at night and to sleep. Owners were very supportive and helpful. Reported the tub and Iā€™m site they would have it serviced. Although I requested we leave at 11am - the cleaners were there at 10am and knocking and were persistent placing pressure on us to scurry. I didnā€™t like that. We paid a lot of money so in my mind, 11 am is reasonable as we wanted to have a relaxing day traveling home and not rush.

Fantastic Property and Excellent Location

Our family spend a few days here prior to leaving for a cruise. The accommodations were excellent. Very comfortable with great attention to detail and very cool themed decorations for those planning on spending time at Disney or Universal. The whole family loved playing the arcade games! Very close to a lot of restaurants, Disney Springs, and an awesome mini golf course. Hosts were beyond helpful and reached out multiple times to check in and ensure all was well. We will definitely stay again! Oh - and you canā€™t beat the view!

I am very particular about where I book for my family and this condo exceeded all expectations. Everything was perfect for us and it was just a short drive to Disney. Not to mention, the owners were so quick to communicate even just reaching out to see how our stay was going. If youā€™re thinking about booking this one, do it!
