1st Floor living room is beautifully decorated and features a 65-inch Smart TV with Cable. You will be able to unwind in your own private screened pool and lanai and show everyone the talented chef you are by cooking poolside in your gas BBQ grill (Optional service / add-on).

Below is a summary of those features:

• POOL + SPA HEAT: Water temperature without the heat is on average at 65-72F degrees (winter) and 75-84F degrees (summer).
With the pool heat option, it is set to 90-95MAX. The heating system is the same for the Swimming pool and Spa. It is not possible to make only one of them hot and not affect the other. The Pool Heat option is $25 x Day (minimum 2 consecutive days).

• BBQ/Grill: a $70 flat fee. The payment goes to the vendor who supplies and cleans the grill. It does come with a full tank of propane. No requirement to re fill it.

• BABY GEAR: a pack n play & highchair available upon request. (No charge for first set – charges apply for additional units)

If interested in these features, please let us know ASAP / LATEST 48 hours PRIOR TO ARRIVAL to prepare your home accordingly.

PREPARE FOR YOUR STAY BY REVIEWING THE FOLLOWING PERTINENT INFORMATION:

CHECK IN: 4PM VIA FRONT DOOR KEYPAD WITH ACCESS CODE PROVIDED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL HERE IN YOUR ARIBNB APP.

CHECK OUT: 11 AM AS CLEANERS WILL BE READY TO ENTER HOME PROMPTLY AT 11AM. CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SENT OUT 24 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE IN YOUR AIRBNB APP.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. All beds will be made with clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. There are no Mid-stay cleaning services available. Each Guest receives 3 towels (1 bath + 1 hand + 1pool) We do NOT provide washcloths. Please note all towels will be accounted for at the end of your stay. There will be a charge for missing or damaged towels.

STARTER SUPPLIES: This Home is a self-provided home. Therefore, it does not provide replenishing features the way a hotel would.
Please prepare accordingly as the following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided.
Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week. Enclose the garbage in 13-gallon trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles outside the front of house.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The house maximum occupancy is per stated in the ad. Guests exceeding maximum occupancy or reservation amount (Number of individuals listed in the reservation) will have their reservation terminated immediately and incur in an additional charge of $100 / day per Individual not disclosed in the reservation.

CAMERA DISCLAIMER: Home is equipped with surveillance equipment that captures and records OUTDOOR ONLY audio + video footage. There are NO surveillance devices inside home.

PARKING: There is no garage parking available. Driveway parking available. Additional parking adjacent to house, inside gated community.
