Summary:
This property is a lovely 6-bedroom house with Wi-Fi. It has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, two additional bedrooms with a king-sized bed, one queen-sized bedroom, and two rooms with full-sized bunk beds. A laundry facility is available. Walmart is 15 minutes away, Disney Parks Areas are 20 minutes away, Premium Outlets are 42 minutes away, and Universal is a 45-minute drive. Guests may use basketball and volleyball courts, but have no access to Encore Club amenities.

The Space:
The house has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, two additional bedrooms with a king-sized bed, one queen-sized bedroom, and two rooms with full-sized bunk beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. We provide 16 towels, and a full laundry facility is available within the property. As a courtesy, we offer a Welcome Kit with some basic home essentials for your stay. Please note that it is not our responsibility to replace the kit.

The Home is located 15 minutes from Walmart, 20 minutes from Disney Parks Areas, 42 minutes from Premium Outlets, and 45 minutes from Universal. Please be aware that this rental does not provide access to the Encore Club amenities, but guests may use the basketball and volleyball courts.

If you want to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know 48 hours before, as an extra fee applies.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:
You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.


BEFORE CHECKING IN:
Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.


POOL AND SPA HEATER:
Please note: the SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool using the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both and there is an additional fee. The pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has processed, so please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
