The Space:
This unique townhouse is suitable for both family vacations and business trips, and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests on two floors.
Guests can also find the bright shared full bathroom on this main floor, along with the first bedroom which follows a sleek aesthetic and features a KingSize bed.
Going up the stairs, you will find the master bedroom with a King Size bed and full en-suite bathroom. The other third bedroom is perfect with a Cars theme, it has two full beds, and the fourth bedroom is equipped with two full beds, with an excellent Lion King themed decoration. TV and cable.
Along the hallway is a shared full bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Guest Access:
• Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry.
• We understand that your furry friends are part of the family too, which is why we offer a dog-friendly stay for an additional fee of $300 per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
• Parking is very easy with driveway space for 3-4 cars.
• We are pet friendly! Dogs are allowed for $300 per stay (up to 2 dogs). $75 per dog after 2.
• We ask that all dogs be crate trained and that you clean up after them.
• Quiet hours by city: 23:00-07:00
The Neighborhood:
Staying at Storey Lake resort guests can easily access all the word-famous attraction parks, restaurants, shopping malls, and more within minutes. The resort is situated on Osceola Parkway and has a convenient access to the main Florida highways such as SR 535, I-4, 417, US 192, I-Drive, and Poinciana Blvd. The community offers a great amenity package including a state-of-the-art clubhouse for all the family to enjoy. Guests will find multiple sports courts, a children’s playground as well as a resort-style swimming pool with splash park and water slides, an artificial beach, a restaurant and bar, a lazy river, natural trails and conservation areas, and activities such as a mini-golf and kayaking.
This resort is located on W. Osceola Pkwy. and FL535 which gives direct access to I-4, International Drive, Central Florida GreeneWay, World Center Dr., N. Poinciana Blvd., and US192. An outstanding location to move around the area and find grocery and convenience stores, shopping malls, restaurants & bars, entertainment options, and of course the well-known theme parks and golf courses in the area.
