The entrance to the 24-hour gated community is impressive. Lush landscaping and fountains welcome you to the fabulous 9,500 sq. ft. clubhouse, which is a must see to be truly appreciated. The resort-style lagoon pool is the main focus, complete with a water slide and covered grotto. Surrounding the spectacular pool are spas, a kiddie pool, a huge sun deck with plenty of loungers, tables and chairs, and a tiki bar serving your favorite libation and food.
Inside the clubhouse is also spectacular. A state-of-the-art fitness center, sauna, meeting rooms, game room, internet cafe with high-speed internet access and a 50-seat movie theatre are just a few of the amenities. POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool & Spa so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $45 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay).
ATTENTION: This house doesn't have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot.
Important message:
We clean the pool weekly and check the BBQ propane regularly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties.
POOL TOWELS - Casago Orlando does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.
BBQ Grill - Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $65 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning)
PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The house has parking spaces for 2 or 3 vehicles, depending on the size, as long as they don't block the sidewalk. Cars parked in the street are subject to fines or being towed.
SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.
VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Guest Interaction
Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Casago Orlando does not have a 24-hour staff. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.
If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, you will be good! The door is controlled with an electronic code.
Other details to note:
· Pack & Play and highchair available upon request for no extra cost.
· Casago Orlando provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.
· Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
