"Good location, very clean, the garage was nice to have when you have a car full of her Dorm room stuff!"

"Been two years since we stayed, they had some small updates to furniture, and it did not complain. Hot tub always delightful, comforts of a small home and cozy. Perfect stay for my wife and I."

"Cute and quaint cabin that’s far enough away from the city to hear the river along with frogs at night; but close enough that if you forgot something in town it’s a scenic 20 min drive to go get whatever you need. Bedding was fantastic, felt like we were in a 5 star hotel alongside the Couple Jet Tub. Lovely property that you can walk around during the day if you wanna stay in but still explore. Can’t wait to book our next vacation in the summer so we can enjoy all the river has to offer! "

"The house is darling! Loved the kitchen and living room areas and having a fenced yard for our dog was a real help. The neighborhood is quiet and a very easy walk to Bidwell Park. Walking distance to a good restaurant for breakfast too!! It was wonderful."

"We had a wonderful stay! Comfortable and quaint. Will be coming back!"

"Property was not clean when we showed up. Floors were dirty and beds left not made and unclean. House is very outdated. Heaters hardly worked. Heater in the living room we had to turn the thermostat to max for it to turn on and the one in the main bedroom seemed to not work at all. We had to wash the bedsheets before using. Luckily they did have a washer and dryer out back but the dryer also didnt seem to work properly. "

"The house was overall nice and a good fit for our needs, except for one significant issue. There is a cottage in the back of the house where other people were staying. Nowhere in the listing was there a mention of a second rental property on the same lot and a shared backyard space. We were shocked to find people coming into “our” backyard when we were out there with our dogs. Fortunately, our dogs are friendly, but it could have been a dangerous situation for many reasons (including the people...

"Stayed here with my mother in law and three daughters. It was plenty of room for us and was clean. The beds are very comfortable. We were happy to find a Brita in the fridge, so there is filtered water. Kitchen towels and potholders would be a great addition!:)"

"The bathroom area only has a circle of light around the mirror which is dim lighting. It was very difficult to see to put makeup on day or night. Otherwise, it was nice."

"Good location close to HWY 99 Most rooms have been redone, but I always seem to find issues. Everything from toilets that run continuously to chips on the bathroom counters that could cut u and loose shower towel bars. Lounge food is mediocre don't order the pizza. Beer selection is good with local IPA's. I would probably give this hotel a 6/10 and Ive slept in a lot of hotels as a travel nurse. I like it because of the location."
