"Our stay was great, the apartment was close to the bus line and the train. The beds were very comfortable and it was a good size for our family. It was nice to have the off street parking in the back although the rear entrance was a bit disheveled. The building was secure but not entirely sound proof, but that is expected in a basement appartment. I would stay here again on a trip to Chicago. "

"My family and I really liked staying here for my sister’s commencement weekend!! It’s such a cool place. The apartment was very spacious, pretty and clean, and in a lovely neighborhood with lots to do. The kitchen, rooms, and bathrooms were stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay, so don’t worry about packing too much. The owner answered the phone when I had questions about the check-in process as well as having answered my earlier questions about the bus line and Pink line "L" train to Chicago attractions. "Extremely clean space that was perfect for our group. We didn't spend a lot of time in the home during our stay, but when we did it was fantastic. Only minor gripe would be the upstairs neighbors, they were occasionally quite loud and woke us up a few times in the middle of the night. "My husband and I are in our 70s and we found that our safety and comfort level was more than satisfactory while staying at this lovely Coachhouse. A real plus was the beautiful neighborhood. "We very much enjoyed this penthouse and the stunning view. We watched the Navy Pier fireworks from the windows. The location is terrific, with much to do/see within easy walking distance, and easy access to the L trains for venturing further away. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen was well appointed with dishes and other kitchen essentials (like coffee filters, etc.) for enjoying a continental breakfast and snacks. All we needed to purchase was our groceries."

"Very nice, neat and clean studio apartment which includes all the amenities necessary to make it a great stay while also being close to downtown. We both walked and taken the CTA Blue Line downtown. The Blue Line station is very close to the apartment, and brings you downtown very quickly. The apartment belongs to a wonderful carrying host who is also a great communicator. "

"Hotel com excelente localização, pessoal da recepção excepcional, educados , gentis e prestativos. Quarto pequeno , no entanto, coube minha bagagem , muito limpo e colchão novo, tudo muito tecnológico e fácil . O único episódio desagradável foi quando chegamos que a moça que fica no bar foi bem grosseira, pois nos viu tentando subir no elevador por 3x e não nos avisou que seria necessário escanear o cartão do quarto no próprio elevador . Isso minha filha e eu estávamos com 8 volumes e quando pedi ajuda ela foi bem hostil . Posteriormente, essa mesma moça continuou com indiferença e monossilábica café da manhã. Para ela , as perguntas que eu fazia era muito óbvias , como se eu trabalhasse lá como ela . Enfim, nem gravei o nome dela , afinal, não permiti que estragasse meus dias em Chicago e com o restante do pessoal maravilhoso. "
