"Sehr ruhig gelegen. Castellina in Chianti nur 3 km entfernt, ist sehr angenehm. Unser Jacky konnte auf dem Grundstück und Umgebung frei laufen… sehr entspannt. Haus ist zu empfehlen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einziger Nachteil, nur Samstag/Samstag buchbar .. wir hatten eine heftige Anreise, da noch Ferienzeit in Bayern. Denke außerhalb der Ferien kein Problem . Stornomöglichkeit nicht vorhanden. Aber damit kann ich gut leben. "

"We had a lovely stay. The house is quit near the village but no to near. It is quiet at night. Any problems were fixed very fast. The house offers wonderful views along with a small but very clean pool. It is very near Siena and Florence which makes it an ideal base for trips"

"We (4 adults, 2 children) had a very pleasant stay at Villa Lia in Boccheggiano. Marco and Lia welcomed us warmly and introduced us to the Villa, which is on a stunning location with a magnificent view over the surrounding valleys and oriented to the south. The house is very well equipped. The outside area is large with several terraces and a nice swimming pool with a comfortable temperature of 27C. "We had a great stay here. The house was bigger than we thought and the outdoor area was wonderful for dinners. We all loved the pool area. Overall location is so convenient for Siena and exploring the countryside. Simone and Francesca were incredibly helpful with recommendations. Would stay here again!"

"Wonderful stay here. View from garden is beautiful over rolling hills for sunsets. Pool is magnificent and set on ridge with 270 degree views, quite something in the evening. Pool and tennis shared with 3-4 other families but pool is big enough to cope with that. Fans in rooms just about make up for no air con, was 37 when we were there. Communication with Ian and Jacky was great. 5-10mins drive up unmade road very dusty but not too bumpy. Serena cooked for us one night which was really good....

"This is a lovely village and an exceptional house. The kitchen was large and cool as it was on the bottom floor. The garden was a delight and we spent many hours dining al fresco sipping local wine. One caution is if you do not like stairs, this might not be your best location for you as there is a flight of stairs from the bedroom on the top floor to the main bathroom on the second floor and another flight to the kitchen. "Es war alles in allem ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist einfach nur traumhaft und man kann einfach mal abschalten und entspannen. Werden definitiv nochmal wieder kommen."

"Wir haben mit unseren zwei Jüngsten hier eine wirklich schöne und erholsame Ferienwoche verbracht. Raffaela und Roberto sind zwei wirklich wundervolle und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Immer hilfsbereit und zur Stelle, dabei aber nie aufdringlich. Die ehemalige Mühle liegt wunderschön am Fuße eines kleinen Berghanges und vom Garten aus kann man sogar einen Blick auf die Festungsmauern von Monteriggioni erhaschen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und passend eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht ist...

"Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Etwas abgelegen, aber das muss man eben in Kauf nehmen. Dafür wird man mit einem Traumhaften Blick belohnt. Der Pool liegt am Hang und ist ein Invinity Pool, dh Du liegst im Wasser und schaust übers Land. Nachteil. Bälle fliegen weit weg. Das Hsus ist sehr alt, aber mit Atmosphäre. Pizzaofen war genial."

"Sehr schönes Haus im toskanischen Stil. Zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen. Großer Pool mit Liegen. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Es gibt Eier, Wein u Olivenöl zu kaufen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Leider waren die Mücken zu dieser Jahreszeit ( Juli/ August) sehr lästig."
