"Location and home was incredible. Everything in the home and on the patio was perfect. I almost wanted to leave a bad review to discourage other people from booking it, so then it would be available for us to go back and stay more frequently... lol. But, Derek was too helpful and accommodating as a host. This is truly a perfect beach house. We'll be back soon"

"After a hard start with difficulty locking the keypad door and no remote for the TV, everything went pretty well. We stayed for 7 days 6 nights and they would not refresh any of our t.p. or consumables for the room. No towels service, no plug for the tub. "Lovely little room, really liked sitting outside under the tree to see hummingbirds. Few steps further and you are on the beach with Haystack to your left. Heard and saw remnants of the local Elk herd but did not see them. Local coffee, breweries and restaurants were all wonderful. Loved all of it."

"We had a great time at ocean front condominium! There a lot of great things that make this a great beach destination. The room was great with one of the best views and a back yard that you can relax in while enjoying one of the best views we have found in Lincoln City. We stayed in the off season so the prices were good. The Summer rates look high to me but if you have the money it is well worth it."
