Located on the border of Zion National Park, this 3,475 sq ft home is the perfect place for a peaceful retreat. Explore ZNP hikes that start right from the property, with several of the most iconic hikes within a 15 minute drive. Visit our other nearby parks with a short drive to Bryce Canyon, North Rim Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and more.
5 bed, 6 bath, 2 large inside community areas, wraparound porch, and private hot tub are a must for group gatherings!

Our guests love the canyon view from the back patio gathering area with private hot tub, chef's kitchen, and large family rooms. Each bedroom has its own television so you can enjoy privacy away from your group, or enjoy group time in the large living rooms. Enjoy grilling on the back patio after a long day of exploring and star-gazing in the hot tub!

Prices for this home are based on a 10 person stay. For groups over 10 guests, there is an additional $10 per person nightly fee.

We are within walking distance of the Zion Ponderosa Ranch and Resort. Resort pass price set and paid to Zion Ponderosa resort and subject to change.

Really great house, well stocked with amenities. There's a trail to some nice mountain views out back. The house is 40 minutes away from the main south entrance to the park.

Phenomanal stay
Location was great! Didn’t mind the drive , it was beautiful. The house was amazing and we all slept very comfortable. The house was very very clean. My family and I would defiantly book this home again. Very homey and spacious. The host were easy to reach at all times.

Peaceful, spacious and relaxing
There were 4 adult couples and our stay was 5 nights while we explored Bryce, Zion and the area. We liked that we were in a quiet area, about 30 minutes outside the East Gate. Everyone had privacy while able to share time together in the well equipped kitchen, dining outside and watching football in the family room. Our last day, we drove 10 minutes to hike the East Rim out to Overlook Point - stunning and a great reminder after riding E-bikes in the Zion valley. Would stay here again, thanks to our hosts!

Sibling reunion
our stay at this lovely home was amazing!… The kitchen is better stocked than my own! :-) The two managers, Logan and “amor absolutely amazing and so fabulous to work with ! We will be back! The beauty of this home and the comfortability of it was only second to the magnificent and magical mountains of Zion national Park and Bryce Canyon! The eight of us had an amazing time!

Most Enjoyable Trip!
One of our best experiences to date! Everything was top notch- cleanliness, full stocked kitchen, hiking trails and the whole Ponderosa experience! Zion and Bryce were incredible and being able to come back to the gorgeous home was the cherry on top. Also, the most communicative and kind hosts you could ask for!

Beautiful, spacious house for family reunion
We had a wonderful time on our annual national park trip reunion. We had grandparents and young kids and everyone enjoyed the spacious house, especially the kitchen and common area. Easy distance from Zion, Bryce and the red slot canyon tours.

Lovely Comfortable Home
This home is fantastic. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. 3 of us in the family do a lot of cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of amenities like a crock pot, waffle maker, blenders, cooking utensils, etc. They have a hot tub which we used frequently. The ping pong table was great for the kids. The surrounding area is so peaceful and relaxing.

Wonderful!
What a fantastic property, everything was as described and prepared to exacting standards. The house in centrally located in easy reach of Zion and Bryce. We had the most wonderful vacation enjoying everything the area has to offer, hiking in Zion and Bryce, great shops in Kanab & Springdale, Crimson slot canyon, canyoning, horseback riding, Coral Sands UTV rides. Amazing Stay

Beautiful and clean!
Well appointed, very clean, and laid out nicely. Worked well for our group of two families with teen daughters. Convenient hike to checkerboard mesa lookout point from yard. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking! Beautiful and relaxing environment. Note: grocery shop in Hurricane, not Springdale, if you are stocking up for a few days/for family. The Springdale market is smaller, fairly well stocked, but very expensive compared to a normal grocery store. Example: standard cereal cost $10 a box.

Ultimate Utah Vacation
We had the best time at this beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. It snowed unexpectedly on our trip and the hosts came by to sweep down the deck and clear the driveway to make sure that the grounds were safe for us. Trying to figure out a way to return to Utah and stay at the house again. Thanks so much!

Best VRBO experience so far
We met some of our family for a Thanksgiving week in the Zion/Bryce area. The home was perfect for us. A well designed home with thoughtful amenities. The host(s) warm, welcoming and professional. Trails out the back door with great views. Area is secluded but that’s what we wanted! I wish it were closer so we could stay more frequently.

Zion Home
We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house was immaculate. All the rooms are spacious, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is very well stocked. This house is located close to the east entrance of Zion National Park. It is in a very quiet, secluded neighborhood. We chose this location because it is also closer to Bryce Canyon National Park, about a 90 minute drive. Zion and Bryce are both spectacular, and both are a must see. The hosts of this property, Logan and Kraig, are fabulous. They provide great suggestions of hikes to do in both parks, activities nearby, and restaurant recommendations. They responded quickly to any questions asked and were a pleasure to work with. We did many great hikes in Zion and in Bryce. We also drove up to Kolob Canyon. Most of that part of the park is currently closed due to road damage, but one hike was open, Taylor Creek. This was a beautiful 5 mile roundtrip hike that we highly recommend. Always check the National Park website for the most up to date information on road or trail closures in any of the parks. We spent our days soaking up the gorgeous scenery and our evenings relaxing in the hot tub gazing at the stars. We hope to return to this unique and special place, and if we do, we would stay in this home.

Zion vacation
My family stayed at this home for a week of hiking and exploring Zion and Bryce Canyon. We were all very impressed by this beautiful home and property. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with more than we expected. All the appliances that I have at home, were here. I highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Utah. The property managers were very timely with their responses and were incredibly nice people.

Second time better than the first!
This was our second time staying at the property… The hosts are absolutely amazing, the property is gorgeous, the location is stunning. We’ve been in the middle of snow, and this trip we went in the middle of summer both experiences completely different, but equally as beautiful. Easily accommodates our large group of family and friends.

The Best
Most amazing trip, epic. This property is in the middle of nowhere halfway between Bryce Canyon and Zion. We hiked every day, went horseback riding, sightseeing, swimming…Shop for everything before you arrive. Logan and Graig the property managers are beyond helpful and lovely , they made the trip even more fantastic with all of there help. The house is beautiful, the property is lots of fun particularly for children. A great house for a large gathering.I highly recommend this property . I couldn’t have imagined a better vacation.
