"After a challenging 12 months we needed time to rest and recover. Villa Fairytale delivered in every respect. The property is designed to make the most of its location overlooking the Gulf of Evia. The open plan living area looks out over the mountains and sea as does the pool and terrace. We spent hours getting lost in those views! The villa has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet aircon units and mosquito screens on the French windows which meant we could enjoy the breezes...

"We had a great time with beautiful partly view over the see. The kitchen was well equipped. We lacked blanckets. So some of us were cold at night. There were many mosquitoes, which would have been nice to know..Many sweet cats."

"We were 3 families and had a great stay in the villa during a week in October. There were beautiful sunsets from the pool. The views from the villa are amazing, and the neighbourhood is very quiet. The kids loved the pool, which is quite spacious."

"Great stay. Appartment was excellent for a family with 3 kids. Location is a bit far away from the main roads which makes sight seeing take a good part of your day. Remember to do some proper supermarket shopping before arriving if you can because the shops in Aliky are rubbish and expensive. There are a few nice restaurants so that helps. All in all a nice stay!"

"15 of us came out and stayed a week to celebrate a 60th birthday party. The drive out from Athens was smooth with some twisty mountain roads. The house was lovely and exactly as seen in the images. The view and the pool were everything we could hope for. We were disappointed the coast road north of the villa was closed and "may" be reopened sometime in 2025. It made all the northern beaches about an hour drive through the mountains. However the towns south of the villa (Rovies and Limni) were...

"The house is fully equipped, spacious. Two floors, two balconies with beautiful view on sea, air conditioned, clean. Easy parking on property. Very large garden with ample seating outside in shade. A 10min walk from a beautiful pebble beach that is usually quite empty. Not many tourists, mainly local people. We really enjoyed it."

"Alexandros was a very good host. Hé answered all our questions and more than that. He told us things to do in the neighbourhood and even arranged the PCR tests for the way back. But the house is too far away from the village , restaurants supermarket , so you need a car. The road to the house is very bad because of the flushes in 2020. Also there where many muskitos. When you go for rest its a very nice place"

"My family recently stayed 2 nights at this location. Our only complaint was we only had 2 nights. The house is a charming seaside house with an elevated position so the view was amazing. The outside area was well thought out with a great patio directly outside, well furnished area around the pool. The pool was a nice treat for my children and I to relax while enjoying the warm day. Further outside is more extended areas for dining and viewing the sea or sunset. The sunset was amazing both...

"Ich habe im Vorfeld genaue Informationen erhalten. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, etwas abseits der Hauptstrasse, trotzdem gab es Lärm (bei geschlossenen Fenstern), weil die Jugend des Dorfs sich nachts beim Krepáli niedergelassen, Party gemacht und herumgeschrien hat. Die Kirchenglocke war auch recht laut. Das Auto zu parken ist SEHR schwierig. Die Küche: gut und modern; es war alles da, was ich benötigt habe, sogar etwas Öl, Salz und Pfeffer."

"Loved the property! The home overlooks the water and is on the hill above a small Greek village that has many great restaurants and cafes and a small beach area. The infinite pool is what sets this house apart from all the rest. Anne, the owner of the house, I just cant say enough about the communication and all the information she gave us for our stay. We were a family of 14. And this house was perfect! I would come back in a heartbeat!"

"Hotel no modo geral é bom, mas o Wi-Fi no quarto não funciona, reclamamos na recepção, mas nada fizeram. O quarto que ficamos era exatamente embaixo do restaurante do café da manhã, ou seja, um verdadeiro inferno de barulho no período de funcionamento, pois as pessoas arrastam cadeiras e mesas na parte de cima. Outro ponto é a piscina interna funcionar só a partir das 17:30 hs, e nem ser tão aquecida assim, não entendemos esses pontos."

"The property had wonderful views over the water and to other side. Hotel showing signs of aging. Cracked sink, mildew in bathroom. Great promenade to walk along. Restaurants along promenade were woeful. Basic food unappealing and all same same. Found a great restaurant up a side street from water. Staff at reception really helpful. "
