PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH OUR DESCRIPTION TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF ANY RULES/FEES/ADVISE/AMMENTIES.

This condo is very complete and comfortable and will outdo any hotel experience. This unit is operated individually by The Marin Family and not by the Condo Hotel The Pearl.
You will have all comforts and privacy in your own apartment, yet have great amenities right in front of your door. BBQ area - and place to sit and relax - reception - huge pool - restaurant - laundry facilities - 24/7 security.
And best of all: just steps away from the NUMBER 3 BEACH IN THE WORLD: EAGLE BEACH!
This 2 bedroom condo is the perfect accommodation for a family of 4.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has 2 bedrooms with each their own bathroom, own smart TV and own closet space.
The living area is spaceous and comfortably cool and has a dining table and seating area. The fully equipped kitchen has a full size fridge, stove, pots and pans, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, and of course all the needed dishes and silverware to comfortably prepare any meals at home.
Living area has large smart TV with cable and Netflix access.
We have great and easy to carry Tommy Bahama beach chairs for you so you can just walk out your door and bring your chairs and save a bundle on beach chair rental.
We also have a cooler and beach towels so you can pack light. In case you would like to wash, there even is a laundromat on property, for just USD 3 per wash.

There is Security at the condominium and the area is very safe. We also have a safe for you in the bedroom so you can store your valuables.
We are masters in cleanliness, so this condo is spotless.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Upon arrival, there is a cash cleaning fee of $160 USD for the cleaning after your stay. This is not charged through VRBO because your rental payment goes to the homeowners' bank account in America. The cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have the cleaning paid out on location.

We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy.

Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.

Great 2 bedroom condo with easy access to Eagle Beach. The unit is fully equipped and very nice. Location is relatively central to sights and different beaches. We really enjoyed our stay. restaurants.

Close to the beach and a quiet spot for the most part. Bit of construction on the road between the beach and the rental but it wasn’t too much of a disturbance. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful property with pool/hot tub open when we wanted to use them! Open kitchen/ dining room/ living room was great for gathering. Large bedrooms with nicely done bathrooms. Kitchen set up for easy use. Enjoyed our stay!

Very nice, family friendly stay
This rental was perfect for my 4 family members with all the necessities available. We enjoyed being on the first floor and very close to the pool. The host was very quick to respond and accommodating.

Excellent from the start, easy booking, communication. Great ease having the team looking after our needs. We arrived at property, entering Condo and felt at home. Spacious, roomy, beds so comfortable. To walk out your door to the pool, or grab beach towels and a chair, short walk to the beach. So many restaurants in the area within walking. Property was fine. Location was okay, only a bock or two from the beach. I really can’t criticize the property at all. There was a lot of construction next to it though. A very nice restaurant ($$$$) very close but a long way to any other restaurants. Again can’t say anything bad about this place but overall Aruba is not for me.

Short walk to eagle beach
When we arrived the place was immaculate, we had a cooler and chairs for the beach. It was quiet there. Definitely would rent this place again . Every time I had a question they answered promptly.

Not a (brand) new property, but a bit of a Diamond. Well maintained and very clean. The Shaker’s Bar had fantastic drinks and the food was very good, reasonably priced. Access to Taxi’s and the bus line was very easy to navigate. Kind and friendly people.

Highly Recommend
The property was just as listed. Check in was so easy and they accommodated all of our needs. Communicating with Daniel was so easy and his responses came in a timely manner. The condo was perfect for our party of 4. It was clean and well equipped with all that we needed. We highly recommend going to the Shaker Shack, the bar/grill, on the property. The bartender was very nice and the food was good. This is a perfect location. I would recommend and defiantly stay here again.

Loved the little apartment which was big enough for me n my 3 kiddos. Kitchen was stocked enough to cook. Bed we’re comfortable and the place was perfectly ac-Ed. We loved the pool. Big enough to even do some long laps. Water didn’t smell like bleach and it was always clean! The beach was outstanding. We loved! Thank you.

Eagle Beach short stay
We’re always looking to extend our stay in Aruba an extra few days. This condo unit fit the bill. It was just off Eagle Beach in a very safe area. The unit was first floor and extremely clean. It was very convenient near the beach and grocery stores. It had a big pool and shelters for shade. We had breakfast and coffee outside there both mornings. The first bedroom was ample. The second was a little snug, but workable. Beach chairs and towels were a nice amenity to have available. Booking was easy and communication was excellent. This is the second time a young man, Daniel, helped us. He’s great! Casa Mia is a good firm to use if need a rental.

Casa Mia The Pearl 24 Condo
This property is has it all! 5 stars! Booking and communication was smooth and prompt. Jose is great to work with and answered all my questions. Photos are accurate. The condo is impeccable. Two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Blackout curtains kept bedrooms cool plus there are AC splits in every room and the living/dining room. We turned off the AC when we went out, and the place never got too hot. Flat-screen TV w/Netflix in each bedroom & living room (you can use your own streaming app). Internet worked great. Included: bath and hand towels for 4 people, 6 beach towels, 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler, and some beach toys. The fully-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast and prep snacks for the beach, which was great since eating out is costly. Appliances (microwave, oven & 2-burner electric stove) seemed brand new. We used the clothes drying rack every day, but there’s a coin-operated laundry in the complex (washer uses tokens—US$3/wash. Dryers use Florins—get them at the main office. They sell Tide pods US$1 ea.). There’s a pool, a jacuzzi, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, plus large tables & chairs under covered pavilions (first come first serve). Parking on premises. Eagle Beach: 3-minute walk away. Airport: under 20-min drive away. Three restaurants within 1-3 min walk. Palm Beach area & Super Foods less than a 10-min drive. We can’t wait to go back to Jose’s condo next year! (He also has larger properties for larger families.)

Amazing time at an amazing location!
Loved our stay! Location was great & a short walk to Eagle Beach. Check-in was quick & always had fast responses from Daniel & team. Even got some great suggestions for restaurants (Zeerovers is a must if you rent a car!) & grocery (Ling & Sons was our favorite). Had everything we needed in the kitchen to eat there when we wanted to. I would definitely return to this condo. Thanks for the great experience!

I enjoyed my stay. Management was polite and helpful, with great communication. The condo was clean and stocked with all your needs. Bar and restaurant on property. Very close walk to the beach, and a taxi ride away from hotels, casinos, and other attractions.

Clean, quiet property close to Eagle beach
The condo looked just like the pictures and description in the listing. It's close to Eagle beach and a large grocery store. Appreciated the beach towels, chairs, cooler and drying rack! We used them daily. We also used the gas grills provided to guests on the condo property twice. Nice perk. Pool and common areas were very clean. Good communication with Jose and Daniel via VRBO and What's App. We arrived after hours and our host Daniel came to the condo the next morning and answered any questions we had and gave us some great beach suggestions for snorkeling. Great stay at The Pearl in Aruba!

Great location!
Loved the location of the condo. Close to everything but not smack in the middle of the busier and more crowded resorts! They had beach chairs and a cooler which was really nice! The condo complex wasn't busy and felt very relaxing. There are lots of places to sit in the shade and enjoy the breeze and also chairs for sun. Loved it!
