Welcome to Grand Caribbean in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama! Grand Caribbean offers you a home away from home with its low-density complex, stunning views, and a range of amenities. This welcoming community features a private pool, a picnic area with outdoor BBQs for enjoying the beautiful weather, and views of both Cotton Bayou and the Gulf of Mexico. The property has public beach access, an on-site fitness center, boat docks for fishing, a 70" TV on the veranda, and a nearby golf course. There's also a marina and boat launch nearby, and the parking area can accommodate boat trailers. You'll find yourself in the heart of Orange Beach, with plenty of shops, boutiques, and excellent dining options nearby.

This well-appointed condo will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The spacious living area includes an open kitchen, a separate dining area, and a roomy living area with a comfortable sectional, a flat-screen TV, and access to a balcony with views. The master suite features a King-size bed, balcony access, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath. The guest bedroom has a King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the large balcony. The guest bath is conveniently located near the living area and guest bedroom, making it easily accessible for everyone. Please note that this unit does not have WiFi.

Additional Information:

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation for a maximum of 2 cars.
Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Policies:
Renters must be at least 25 years of age or older to book this property.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
No Smoking.
No Pets.

Boat Parking Policy: Please note that there is no watercraft parking from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Boat spaces are available for renters during other periods for $20 a day, $100 a week, and $300 a month if available. Trucks must detach from the boat as signs indicate or be towed. Boats over 30ft in total length (from the tip of the trailer to the back of the motor) are not allowed on the property. No boat maintenance or work on boats is allowed at Grand Caribbean. All boats must be registered with Waves Management.

Monthly "Snowbird" Rates: If you're planning an extended stay during the winter months, please call for monthly "Snowbird" rates available from November through February!*

Lacking Creature comforts
This was a great property. My only review is that they skimped on some of the items that would cost almost nothing but makes a large impact. First, Toilet paper, we had a half roll of the skimpiest TP ever. Second, there was no salt, pepper, or any "light spices. I am not expecting a gourmet kitchen, salt would be nice. The walk to the beach is not a minute, you have to cross a very street and I didn't see any cross walks. There is ZERO wifi or internet. Cell is not exactly 5g. The master fan is in need of repair....sounded like it was about to fall on us. With that said, this is a great property. On the ground floor so you don't have to lug your stuff upstairs. Nice washing machine and dryer. Walking distance to CVS and Starbucks. and there is a great grilling station our front.

Quiet even right on the main road
Nice place, comfortable and spacious. This was our first time staying in Orange Beach. We drove to the beach because with two grandkids in tow we didn’t want to cross the busy street plus carrying all the beach stuff. This place did not have beach toys, beach towels or internet. All that I normally have at other beaches. Almost all parking is paid parking so just a little bit of a hassle. But that did not deter me from my vacation. The beach was very pretty with clear water on calm days. Not very many shells.

THE CONDO WAS NICE AND THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. OUR PROBLEM WAS THAT MY SON FOUND 4 BAGGIES OF ILLEGAL DRUGS IN HIS BEDROOM. WE HAD DIFFICULTY WITH THE MANAGER. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO GET HIM TO TALK TO US. MANY CALLS NOT RETURNED...WAITING MANY HOURS FOR PICK UP OF DRUGS WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE IN 20 MIN. THEN THEY ENTERED THE PROPERTY WITHOUT BEING LET IN TO PICK UP THE DRUGS WITH SOMEONE ALONE ASLEEP IN THE BEDROOM. THEY NEVER OFFERED ANY COMPENSATION FOR OUR TROUBLE OR WORRY. I THOUGHT THEY MAY ATLEAST OFFER TO WAIVE THE CLEANING FEE. ALSO THE DISHWASHER DIDN'T WORK AND I HAD TO HANDWASH DISHES ALL WEEK WHICH WAS FRUSTRATING SINCE WE STAYED IN AND COOKED ALOT DUE TO CORONAVIRUS. IT WAS JUST A STRESSFUL VACATION FOR OUR FAMILY. WE ARE A NURSE AND A FIREFIGHTER FAMILY AND DESPERATELY NEEDED A RELAXING VACATION. I RESPONDED WITH A DETAILED MESSAGE WHEN WE GOT HOME (AS A REPLY TO AN EMAIL ASKING ABOUT OUR STAY) I WAS HOPING THEY WOULD ATLEAST RESPOND BEFORE I PUT THIS AS A PUBLIC RATING BUT AGAIN GOT NO REPLY.

Nice condo
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach. We did find a few crumbs on the kitchen table and on the rug in the living room, and a few dirty dishes in the kitchen. The dryer either needs an upgrade or a good cleaning of the hose. It took forever (2 cycles on high heat) to dry a load of towels.

Awesome condo
Really nice condo in a lot with other condos. Right next to the main hallway where you unload your car. Easy to get to, you can see the Gulf from the balcony but your on the first floor so you cant see the beach or the waves crashing. Nice layout of the condo and rooms, PLENTY of closet space, within walking distance of the Gulf, its right accross the street from a parking lot for public beach access, i would recommend just driving over if you have a decent amount to carry with you to the beach. All together we really enjoyed our stay here!

Great condo
The condo was extremely spacious. Loved all the room it had. It was equipped with great pans for cooking. Everything was so close for shopping. The beach was right across the street but the street was very busy so it wasn’t very peaceful to sit on the patio. You really couldn’t see the beach past the sand dunes from the patio. But we would drive to the beach right across the street because we had too much stuff. Overall it was a great stay.

Excellent Stay!
This unit is much larger than pictures show. Perfect for our 10 night stay in June. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and across the street from the beach. The unit is clean, and everything is in working order. Plenty of towels were provided, and communication with management company was on point. The unit is located just steps from the pool, parking area/loading area. This made it very easy to and safe to walk with my family to and from. The walk to the beach is short, but on a busy highway. The only downfall is that there was no WIFI, so I was not able to do any work, however was forced to turn off the electronics. (Which was a good thing) Quick and easy drive to Destin, Foley, Gulf Shores etc. Plenty of sight seeing and things to do for the kids in this area. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

Great location
The condo was very nice! Not one bad thing to say. Decor was inviting and felt like home. Very quiet and well kept. If you stay there bring your own garbage bags, coffee filters and salt and pepper. We left ours for the next visitors, hope the cleaning people leave them. Mexican restaurant just opened down the street was really good, the large margaritas are LARGE. The pineapple fajitas are Awesome and the staff are very friendly. Condo #113 was great. Close to pool and easy access to the beach.
