A fully functional kitchen with new cabinets & granite countertops is right at your fingertips and offers all that you will need for making family meals. The dining area accommodates 4 with a decor that is stylish and contemporary. A breakfast bar for 2 adds even more room for the entire family. A spacious living area with tons of comfortable seating that makes for a perfect place to settle in after those long, playful days at the beach! Both the master and guest bedrooms have new plank Flooring & are equipped with flat screen televisions, high speed internet, and Dish Network offering 200 channels.
When you enter this wonderfully furnished unit, you will be taken back by the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches, crystal blue waters, and wonderful views of the Gulf, Pool and Perdido Pass. The open floor plan allows you to provide a fabulous meal while socializing with guests in the living area and providing a wonderful water view.

The master bedroom provides a large comfortable king size bed, new plank flooring, large flat screen TV; attached bath w 2 vanities, new granite countertops, new cabinets, new faucets and sinks, and the bedroom has access to the balcony, and beach front views.

The Guest Bedroom offers two double beds, new plank flooring, flat screen TV, and a spacious attached bath, also with new cabinets, granite countertops, faucets, and sinks.

Family Getaway
We couldn't have been more happy with our stay! The condo was beach side and very family oriented. We were very pleased and had no complaints reference the accommodations. Exactly as listed! The owner was on top of everything and provided every detail we needed to make our stay trouble free from start to finish. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Fun family unit
My husband, myself and our 3 daughters enjoyed our week In this unit. Everything we needed was located inside the condo, my girls were able to have their own space and of course, there were plenty of necessities provided. My only suggestion would be new furniture. The couch and the chairs were very uncomfortable just because of the wear and tear on them, which I know is not any fault of the owners. Kathy was very responsive any time I had questions. Great place to stay!

It was just Ok
The check-in process was a bit of a mess, the agent they use would not get back for a while or forget to get back to us. The unit was not bad, but it was dirty. The dust build up on the closet rack, and the ceiling fan was disgusting. The pantry area, i would not put anything in because of how unclean it was. During the checkout process, we were told checkout was at 10am. We were in the process of taking our belongings down to the car, when I went back up, at 9:50am, the cleaning crew was already there. I still had some belongings o grab, including my wedding ring. When I told the agent who manages the property, my response was, well I don't manage the cleaning crew. Would not stay here again.

Vacation for Celebration
We booked our stay to celebrate my husband's birthday and invited my mom as a mothers day gift. The condo was perfect. We had great access to the condo and the beach. The condo was in a great location in town and the staff were wonderful. Kathy was very responsive to our messages and incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

Had a great time-very quiet and family oriented
I had teens with me and they were somewhat disappointed that we weren't closer to all the excitement of Gulf Shores. You cant walk anywhere because it's too far away from the hussle an bussle of Gulf Shores. I was ok with it because it was more quiet and relaxed. I also liked the security of the gate security guards so not just anyone can just drive into the condo area. All and all it was very nice and quiet and we enjoyed it very much.

1st time to Orange Beach and condo life
The condo was really nice and in a good location to any needs. The unit advertised to sleep 8 but actually wasn’t big enough for our group of 7 adults. That is no fault toward the unit just on me. Other than the uncooperative weather my families lay had a good time. I would recommend this condo to others who plan to visit.

Location of the place was wonderful. Loved having a garage parking spot! Pool was a lot of fun. Some stuff we didn’t love about the place was living room furniture was a little outdated. The first bedroom shower head was old and didn’t wash off well and the drain didn’t work so you stood in water. Master room was great.

Great location
Everything was as described. One of the older Phoenix units but owner has kept unit up well. The most challenging part which has nothing to do with the particular unit or owner is that the elevators are extremely slow and difficult to catch on crowded weekends. It makes check in and checkout very hard & time consuming. Even thought it was 90-95 degrees the entire time we were there, there were many times we used the six flights of stairs (that’s not air conditioned) because of how much time you saved versus elevators.

Arrived and went to the room, it was no hard check in procedure. Easy just as the owner stated. The balcony offered a great view of the beach and pool area. Close to all of the good restaurants. Will definitely return.

Perfect family vacation spot

Quick Beach Getaway
We enjoyed every minute of our stay. With a short weekend 6hrs away time was valuable. Check in process was seamless. a lot of carts to unload. Nice 10-15 min widow to leave your car so you can get to the condo and grab your parking pass. Which is a plus ! knowing you have a space with no issues finding a spot on a busy weekend. No complaints on accommodations bedding was comfy. Den and Kitchen no complaints. Face it is a beach property, so some worn but nothing at all to complain about and I am picky. 6th floor view was perfect and balcony furniture was nice to relax and have dinner and drinks. Love the over all location of the V. Close to everything. Nice pool and great chair rental process. We will stay here again for sure.
