The kitchen of this beach condo features stainless steel appliances and all the utensils you could need to prepare delicious meals and beach snacks, plus plentiful seating allows families to relax and spend time together.

Turquoise Place offers resort-style amenities, like two Gulf front pools, an indoor pool and hot tub, a water slide, a splash pad, and a lazy river. Guests also have access to a parking garage, a putting green, an outdoor movie theater, two lighted tennis courts, a large fitness center and resort-style sauna in addition to beach boardwalk leading straight to the sand. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Upon arriving we encountered many items not working & or broken. Master bath was taped off and stated do not use, guest shower faucet was broken and squirting water, refrigerator was frozen with water in the drawers, additionally smelling of old fish, Hot Tub struggled to get over 85 degrees for two days. In general our experience with this unit was poor, we will not book here again.

Orange Beach getaway

The stay was amazing and the property is in a great location for the beach and being near Gulf Shores as well. The check in was miserable!!! We arrived after hours and needed to check in at the guard shack but the check in procedures from VRBO are incorrect for this property. Turquoise Place security was well aware of this issue from past rentals. Please look into having Vacasa update your check in procedures to send an email to the property with the unit number and dates of the stay. We were at the guard shack for nearly an hour at 1am trying to get someone with authority from Vacasa on the phone to send this email. No one from Vacasa seemed authorized to do this and they kept reading me the incorrect check in procedure per Turquoise Place.

Great condo with great amenities and convenient access to all the local eateries and beach

The property and condo are phenomenal and chocked full of amenities!!! The parking is very convenient for loading and unloading too! The views from the balcony are beautiful and the beach is easily accessed by a lovely pier complete with water stations to rinse off sandy toes after beach visit. The only negative was that the hot tub service company decided to drain and refill the hot tub during our stay which made the hot tub unusable to us for 40% of our stay. Super Bowl weekend is not the weekend to be draining/refilling working hot tubs when it is a major appealing point of a condo with a balcony at the beach in February. I don’t think this had anything to do with the condo rental itself, but rather with the maintenance schedule of the hot tub company . 2025 February.

Turquoise Place in Orange Beach Managed by Vacasa

Vacasa lived up to it's promise to reimburse us for out of service ameneties (like a broken Jacussi.and fire place) that were not functional; but skimped on everyday neccessities like towels and toilet paper. Not the end of the world, but we suggest you bring your own.

We love orange beach

2nd time staying at turquoise place just in a different condo. There is no beach chair service included and it’s kind of pricy. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Resort has 2 outdoor pools a lazy river indoor pool a one of the pools has a slide. Daily activities for kids to do most of the options are free. There’s an outdoor bar by one of the pools and they serve drinks and food.

Love the lazy river, indoor pools and easy access to the beach. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed to cook meals. Ice machine at the bar was a huge plus!

Turquoise Place

This is our 2nd stay at these condos - altho we stayed in a different unit this time. It was very clean and large for our party of 6. These condos are very family friendly, centrally located and safe. You just can't beat the beach view and beach access. My only complaint is that the mattress on the master bed was not good. Otherwise we were very pleased and will be back!

Great property, bad unit and owner

The unit was dirty, bathrooms hadn't been cleaned, the fireplace didn't work, the grill was broken, there was a broken luggage stand, the mattress in the main bedroom was shot. Not what we are used to from VRBO. The property was great just not this unit.

Overall as advertised. Great location, clean plenty of room. Condo had everything needed for the week and was very comfortable. Could use a fresh coat of paint but not a big deal as it was very clean. Property itself was nice with a nice gym, pool and easy access to the beach. Check in was very easy and details delivered in advance of trip where spot on. Would stay again in 1507.

Wonderful view, decor and furnishings well maintained and stylish. The paint needs touch up and the master shower tile needs attention. The washer needs repair. Overall a great property, just needs some updates.

Beautiful condo, walked in and part of the bathtub in king bedroom was removed and laying to the side. Grill handle was broken, couch needs to be updated it’s not comfy at all. Otherwise great condo, very loud at times in master cause of being in the middle of other rooms. Can hear water flowing when folks around are using showers, laundry or flushing toilet. Wouldn’t stay at this one again, but we prefer the end cap rooms!

Needs Maintenance

We have had 4 vacations cancelled because of covid19 so we were REALLY looking forward to this vacation but If you are expecting a condo that is supposed to be "sanitized" between guests this is not the condo for you! The condo was dirty & dusty from months of not properly being cleaned, the counters didn't look like they had been wiped down so I spent almost 3 hours the first day cleaning the high contact surfaces & bathrooms. The condo is absolutely beautiful and so are the views but all the mattresses, sectional, dining chairs, outdoor grill, balcony furniture, sheets, bath towels and basically everything else needs to be replaced. For one of the higher priced VRBO listings in this condo building I expected more but got zero conveniences such as beach towels, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, extra sheets, extra bath towels, bath mats, etc. I wouldn't rent this unit ever again, but the complex, pools and amenities it offers were very nice. I sent an email to the owner about a week prior to our departure requesting information about beach towels and what to expect and did not receive a message back so add that to the list of negative.

Nice place!

We had a wonderful week at the beach. The unit was spacious and had all the cooking equipment we needed. The hot tub and grill were definitely a plus too! The management company was very friendly and very quick to respond to my emails. The unit was nice, but of course is a rental and needed a few updates. Overall, it was nice and we really enjoyed being right on the beach!
